Hey Rey I'm the guy that took Jblenkle's place, saw I was next, was wondering how long till I get the power supply?

Hey I'm new to this . Just got a heavy sixer with a video problem. The games will start up but seem to scroll upwards, causing multiple playing fields. I swapped out the three ram chips, didn't seem to help. Any ideas what I should try next?
