All in one package and ready for install. 6Gb 2.5" Fujitsu IDE / PATA hard drive with SCSI to IDE adapter in a slim manufactured sled resting under the drive. From the markings, this looks like a packaged system produced by "WinStation". I've also included the 2.5 to 3.5 inch drive adapter. (In photo)
The drive is an 3.24Gb IBM TRAVELSTAR. The Adapter is an ADTX brand,
I found references for uses for this board in vintage computer forums ( Sparc, Sparcbook, Amiga, Mac, and PowerBooks).
