  1. Thank you Bill I already seen that FAQ, but it offers no insight of what bugs was fixed in each version, so I am still looking!
  2. Greetings Dean what you doing in Scotland, I thought you were based in Doncaster (UK)? you may or may not remember me, but I created your PD 191 ASI V1.5AM+!
  3. Greetings Ladies and Gents, does anyone have a bug-list for the versions V1.1, V1.2 and V1.3 of Omnitrend's Universe??
  4. Thank you! Universe V1.2 Format Disabled.zip
  5. Anyone got a copy Omitrend's Universe V1.2 ATR's?
  6. I had a quick look and the issue was the 102 (year) was static, quite possible it was version 1.0 or 1.1!
  7. My pirate copy that I obtained from a Newcastle (UK) super pirate in 1993 could not be completed as it had a bug with the year, the months increased but the year remained the same year thus you never got the hyperspace booster message and also could not pay-off the loan, no idea what version it was.
  8. There you go! Universe 1.3 Format disabled.zip But you really should get a copy of Disky II the best sector editor. see #34 by therealbountybob http://atariage.com/forums/topic/239573-atari-disk-editor-advice-wanted/page-2
  9. If you would you like to stop the game from formatting your "Player" disk everytime something goes wrong, then get a sector editor. After this minor change on both disks all that will happen when something goes wrong is the game will stop, thus you can either reboot the "Flight 1" or "Starport" disks to try again, plus you don't need to backup your "Player" disk every five minutes or so. This extract is reprinted from Tyne and Wear Atari 8-bit User Group (UK) Issue 9 May/June 1994; page 4 and 5 http://www.atarimania.com/atari-magazine-twaug-newsletter_65.html
  10. Greetings [Binarygeek] Rick I would be more interested in the locations that you modified for each function, but my main gripe was running out of fuel and when you went back to base it was game over. A few modications you could do: 1: Every time you sink a ship increases your fuel by 7 days, adds 4 torpedoes and 10 gun rounds. 2: Torpedo reload time to 4 seconds. 3: Just standard complement of fuel, gun rounds and torpedoes. 4: Standard depth for gun and periscope.
