Yeah I was happy with that price. And the system is in perfect condition, and I play it all the time in the High Score club.  It is truly awesome.  I would love to buy another one. But I haven’t seen another mod since.

Uh...  Wait a minute...  Did I sell that to you?  LOL

  2. RGB modded is more complicated to install and the mod itself much more expensive to purchase so these are indeed more expensive.  Also, the image is significantly better but the mod WILL NOT WORK with an OSSC and requires an RGB modded TV/Monitor or an expensive Framemeister xRGB-mini to function, at least for the common RGB mod that used to be for sale.

Composite mod might add a few bucks to a stand-alone system.  Especially since RF-ready TVs are somewhat less common today.

  3. Well, it depends.  :)

I think, as a collector, that the system must be in original condition aside from necessities like capacitor replacements, etc.

But, for day to day playability, I prefer systems that are modded for convenience and modern television connections.

So, if you are a museum, original condition.  For actual players, probably modded.  Some folks are both.

You bet. Did it arrive in a week like it did for me? Coming from Italy, that was crazy fast. It is indeed a gem. He did an excellent job on the multicard.🤘

Expensive, but very nicely done.  This is one of my favorite multicarts due to the design and functionality.  You don't have to deal with tiny dip switches or rotary knobs that you are not sure where they are pointing in order to select a game.  I would always prefer an on-screen menu-based game selection system for any multicart but I think this type of design is a minimum for any modern multicart that is not on-screen menu-based.

  5. I believe the Intellivision RGB mod most folks have is missing some sync pulses (horizontal, I believe) which is believed to be the primary culprit when trying to use with the OSSC.  If yours is not missing those sync pulses it may function with an OSSC.  The issue with the OSSC is why most folks are looking for an alternative RGB mod for the Intellivisions.  The existing RGB mod works spectacularly with the Framemeister xRGB-mini.

I would be glad to build one of your designs to test with my OSSC.

  6. The picture is just a sample.  In person they do not seem to be out of alignment.  The angle and parallax may be inducing something.

Look at the wear pattern on the pins of the Concerto.  Are they showing an alignment issue?
