Just use an old Atari 2600 power supply. Works fine. If the connector is wrong cut it off and splice on the old one. Watch the polarity.

I don't see that it is wireless but that would be cool. They do mention, "No more cords in your way, controller cord no longer goes out the bottom, but now goes out the top."

I have two pokeys and they are different. One works in the SD cart and the other does not. I sent the info to Batari about it but he was probably already aware of it.

I've never seen one that I couldn't get to work. They probably exist, but I've not run into one. And I've had several. I think I have 5 at this time.

I just used an external power source. It was an Atari-style power supply.

Yep. Power supply caps were shot (exploded, actually). Here's what I did: Disassemble unit Clean everything (I should have taken some "before" pics, it was filthy) Repair power supply Clean floppy drive read/write heads Test Reassemble Enjoy The hardest part of the whole process was finding media. I've got that worked out now.

That is quite a story. I had to build a PC that has a floppy drive controller and found a compatible 5 1/4 inch drive that would allow me to write one from images I found on the web and also floppy imaging software. I would make them for folks if they would pay for the floppies and shipping.

I'm a collector. If a crash means low prices, I'm all for it. At the same time, I have a vast an extensive collection. If prices skyrocket, I'm still good as then I'll have a retirement fund ready to go. It's win-win for me. Probably a lot of others here, too.
