ATARI 2600 HELP

ive recently brought an atari 2600 6 switch at a car boot sale, the power supply works but the i just get a static on my tv ive tried tuning it lots of times can anyone help also when i took it apart and notied on the the back of the mother board at the bottom left its a tiny bit burnt
