Congrats James & Tanya.  I have to say IMO getting golds on Tyre Trax with a D-Pad is quite challenging.  Hats off.

I agree with Tanya, that having James talking during game play is distracting and would drive me nuts. :)

Great Game.  I just achieved my patch.  It brought back a lot of memories of when I played games on the Atari.  That Game 4 Achievement was tricky.  Got a lot of 21.2 and 21.3 second place scores.  I believe this game would be a great tournament game at PRGE.  Below are my pictures of my achievements.  Yes, Yes I know.  I am still rocking the VHS tape player with a copy of Titanic.  

 

Edit: Game 2 did not have the console in the picture so I went and did it again.  Rules are rules.

[Activision "Circle A" on top box flaps]

I picked these two up recently, and I was wondering about the significance of the circle A design on the top flap. The Chopper Command one looks like it was printed on, while Starmaster looks more like it was stamped on. Thanks in advance for the info!

[fun with numbers / basic math]

I just found this post because I had the same question recspecz.

I just purchased a collection that had same box, a text Fun With Numbers Cart and Small Black Basic Math Manual.

It did have the Atari Catalog CO16725-Rev. D from 1981.

 

If Atari changed over from Fun With Numbers to Basic Math then how does one explain the picture label Fun With Numbers instead of converting it over to all Basic Math?

Looking at greywest's pictures I see his PCBs came with a ATF20V8B-15PC already installed.

My question is can I go up to 15ns on Tpd?

The specs on the Atari Age Bankswitch suggests ATF20V8B-10PC-ND(10ns).

I found a comparable replacement at 10ns Tpd (ATF 22V10C-10PU-ND) but it's a little more expensive.

Bottom line is can I still use the bankswitch code at 15ns?
