I actually sold him those chips.. the bid difference with his is that they are (mostly) all actual lab samples and not bootlegs! much rarer than a standard eprom.. as matter of fact I imagine they are mostly roms

open another ebay account.. buy ten items from him.. than neg his ass on all of em instanly... or.. contact ebays power sellers program. One of the stipulations is to keep good cutomer relations.. you may get somewere with that.. or.. contact ebays live help for a suggestion.. or.. report him to the US Post Office and FBI for mail fraud

Ive sold many of stardard stick for 15 bucks each.. just but 'warranted' in the description (obviously, sell a quality stick) and start it at 12 bucks:)

do what I do, go ahead and inform the person that they are selling a rare cart and tell them not to end the auction early for real collectors only bid on the last hour of auction:) I did that with River Patrol to make sure it wasnt bought out from under me;)
