    my bid was set to hit at 4 seconds till close.. if the auction has already got up past my bid amount, the bid is null and void:) Over all, if you have a stable machine, bid snipe is fine,, once in awhile you do miss one due to normal lag here and ther but over all,, rocks..

    Ahhhh Bloated Monkey.. finally...

     

    well all, let me say,, dont buy shit off this idiot. I won two auctions off him long time ago, paid for both of em right away, got the order rigth away, a month later I get one positive feedback,, AND ONE NEGATIVE! right on top of each other. One of only five negatives I have. I called him about it and he said it was an 'accident' and he would contest it with ebay and safetrade, and also post a 'follow up' in my feedback admitting to the error.. BUT HE NEVER DID!! I also recieved a email at this time from someone (AA member) that stated he did same to him! stay away from this guy! and that pic of the 'giveaway' ?? he had same pic in his ad's for like 3 months straight half a year ago.. was suppose to be a contest than.. let me repeat.. this guy is an idiot and a lyer, or at least he was deffinetly that with me,,

    It obviouse.. this cart came from a solder returning from Iran.. He got it from Sadam's bunker, the one that was bombed first day of the war. Seems that Sadam is a big time atari geek and he was banging out a game of Pole Position when the bombs dropped. Lucky for him that little piece of magic atari black plastic saved his life! Ive always heard of rumors they were tough. Of course the Dactar clone console was demolished, the only thing left was half an atari controller and this cart. good find;)

    I don't understand it either...

    $75 for 10 games?  :?  

    I got 34 commons, I believe, for $13.52 when I first got the ol' 2600 a few months ago.

    I guess I won't be buying any games for a month or so... :ponder:  :roll:

    Well... I just got a reply from the seller saying he had gone to UPS and the post office and both were about $22. (He quoted two separate figures that differed by about 30 cents.)

     

    Anyway, I guess I will go ahead and pay it. But I'll pay close attention to the shipping charge marked on the package (does UPS do this?) and take that into consideration when I am leaving feedback.

    I've packaged and shipped at least a hundred ataris over the last half year,, I ALWAYS ship UPS and I have NEVER paid more than $14 anywere in the lower US. This guy is DEFFINETLY hosing you.. tell him 'fine, Ill pay the extrotion, but I will leave a negative when Im done for you abusing shipping and will report you to ebay!" either that, or just refuse to pay it and fight it out that way. I once had a guy from brazil.. I won 20 carts off him in two different auctions (CCE carts) and he was trying to charge me $70 shipping! I email him back.. told him to go to hell.. he emailed back and said 'ill ship em for $60", once again I told him to go to hell.. somtimes you just have to take a stand even if you risk a negative..

    I hate gready asswhipes!
