    like I said,, I take care of my friends and 'polite' people:) I did that for I just felt bad about getting it out late.. even if you would of said,, 'naw, thats ok" I'd of sent it anyway for I did it for myselfe as well as you;) I just don't sleep right if things aren't 'ok'.. im a Karma dude.. I believe how you treat people will come back to you.. this doesn't hold true all the time,, but being me and 'the big guy upstairs' have issues.. this is how I live life.. How is that 6er treating you wolfE;) see what I mean by pride in my work:) in all honesty,, that yellow paint smudges on the bezel still bugs me :P once again,, pride in the work;)

    and also,, no matter what business you are in.. ther is always going to be someone you don't get along with.. thats just the odds at work.. this guy obviously comes across to me in a bad way.. maybe its me,, maybe its him,, maybe its a mixture of the two.. either way.. I don't want to business with this dude..

    In all truth,, if he offered me $100 for another stick I would say no.. not that that is going to happen,, just a example.. I was once offered $20k to restore a '68 Barracuda.. I said no for I had gave the guy a estimate 3 monther earlier of $17k,, he basically told me I was a crook,, after he went to several other shops in this part of the state.. and had heard from several others of my work.. he came back in,, offered me $20k... but was still very 'smug',, so I told him no.. I don't wrench anymore for my back is trashed (god I honestly hate talking of my heatlh anymore) and my hands were starting to fall asleep all the time, even just holding a cup of coffee.. so now I work on atari's :ponder: funny isn't it ;)

    lol,, if I was a wholeseller,, or selling new product.. fine.. customer always right.. but this is somthing I worked on,, took pride to make it right.. I honestly dont care to do this for unappriciative people.. just me.. I used to restore cars, build race engines, etc.. skills that are rare.. and I was very good at what I did in a world with a lot of 'wanna be' mechanics/auto painters.. same went when doing that work.. I don't like doing work that in time is going to cause my arthritis to one day grow worse for people like him.. ya sure its just a joystick.. but I learned along time ago not to let my talents be steped on.. I can do without customers like this guy.. and I stand behind my original statement.. I would not of sold this to this guy knowing how he is.. sorry,, just me;) for my friends.. or just polite people.. Ill bend over backward for.. its not money :) Loyality like this and awarness of the pride I take in my work will always keep me busy..

    I just received an email that said my item was just now being offered to the post office to begin delivery. I paid for the Tron joystick on June 17...and you are just now getting it shipped out? Is that correct? What good does it do for you to state in your auction that you "use Priority Mail" if you don't mail things out until eleven days later?

    lol.. first off.. the pic of the viagra.. you ratt bastard:P I actually had to request some of that for the meds im on 'influence' other thing :x :lolblue: but THANK GOD thats remidied now that I have adjusted to the meds;)

     

    As for the rest.. if your are willing to admit that first letter you sent me was because you were pissed off,, didn't think, and wrote a sarcastic letter when you honestly did believe your package was on the way.. than no prob what so ever.. and in either case I do apologize for the cursing.. I grew up with a rough crowd and I knew how to curse before I could walk:) I do realize some people are offensive to this and wether we work this out or not I do appologise for the language.. I do have respect for people who dont want to hear that or dont like to hear thier lords name in vein (notice I said 'their's", being raised roman catholic me and the big guy got some things to work out, but thats another story,.. maybe book) I have stated several times already I could of handled it different and responded while ticked off (notice I didnt say p*ssed?).. but let me also state a couple things i've learned from this,, wich actually makes it kewl that all this was in a forum for others to take example,

    1, never, never reply to a email while upset,, give it 24hours!

    and I hope that YOU can learn from this to give someone at least a slight benifit of the doubt.. im sure there are others out ther whos 'fire' button is when they are accused of misdeads. Kewl??

    oh man,, were to start.. you guys honestly think a thread like this was going to go down with out me posting??? pffff ;)

     

    Fiirst off.. Sean.. please rethink things once you had a chance to cool down (ya I know.. calling the kettle black here :ponder: ) You trutly are a asset to the group and one of good morals.. I could tell that by how you insisted on the BIN's instead of doing the side deal..

    That being said.. side deals or 'requested' bins are a part of the game.. I hate it, you hate it,, but I think at least once we have all done so.. (hanging head in shame as I write) but in all honesty,. ITS A GAME! I can totally understand the disappointment and realize how hard it is when you get your hopes up on such a prize.. but life has priorities.. money is fleeting,, freindship is forever altho often spread to different people over the years. What you stand to loose here is not just a game.. by being so bitter you loose a piece of yourself.. enough 'bitterness' and you will not be able to get this 'piece' back. Hate is ugle,, bitterness is just as bad.. please keep your perspective as to what life is truly about. Im not sure what your past holds.. but I am 36 and have had 2 near death episoeds. About 6 years ago I was in a very bad accident and suffered a very bad head injury were the docs gave me a 20% chance to live.. go threw that and you would give 'dick fuck' about a lousy ass atari cart no matter what it is worth. I truly don't think CPU intentionally gave you up (you get the 'boner of the year" award CPU :P ) and I don't think he did anything in malice.. mistakes happen,, people speak when they should not.. but hey, we are all not perfect.. dont let it ruin you!. You can loose a Karata game here.. or you can end up loosing so much more.. hope to see you around Sean.. please rethink.. ;P I mean common.. can you actually go a week without hearing one of my rants?> hehheh.. I know thats what keeps several of you bastards here;P

    I once got a package from one state away sent priority that took 6 weeks! I thought for sure I was ripped off,, had been talking back and forth to the customer forever.. was just about to file a fraud form.. than I got the package and the postmark was indeed 6weeks old.. that means it sat at my post offfice for over 5 weeks :x , but I did get it.. had other items like this but non that went that long.. had several that went two weeks around x-mas..

    not fighting with you here dude.. usps often will give that message until it was shipped. You item went out with all the other ones on the same day.. its out of my hands.. I did not hear from you till after it was already dropped off.. so I would of had no reason to of 'held' it back.. please do not call me a lier,, that is what pissed me off to begin with.. It would not be the first time the post office dragged its feet with a package.. and if you don't get your item I will still offer a refund (not sure if you bought insurance but I would cover it anyway) Im not doing this to kiss ass in here,, its my 'norm' and even tho you have pissed me off I would still back up what I sell.. don't you see that has been what has pissed me off in the first place? I don't like my morals being questioned.. can you at least ask about somthing before jumping to conclusions..?

    just in case ther are any doubters.. these are my DAILY meds right now.. after couple weeks 2 of em will be no more but Im forever on the rest of em.. getting used to these means several days of being sick.. I was not lying when I said I felt like shit when I made out these orders.. was even barfing.. so honeslty.. what more could one suspect.. anyone wanting a close up of the dates just let me know..

    personally this statement above is bad for a sellers standing. you need not to worry about the happy buyers, it's the unhappy buyers you need to worry and go out of your way for! more so, when you are clearly in the wrong!

     

    i would be pissed as well (if i didn't know you!) but i do, so i know the problems you are having.

    what up rickster:) well,, much more than 99 percent is good;) I rarly have a prob, and will go way out of my way, even taking a big loss to remidy a problem.. but I don't deal well with sarcasim, and that is how I took his email,, and his other emails seemed to prove the point..

    whatever.. I do the best I can.. I give a very quality product.. asking to do more than what was possible at the time is asking too much.. Im sorry, but my health was more important at the time than a joystick.. I just didn't see the need to write everyone when I was replying to emails as soon as they came in.. I sold well over 30 items that week.. no other problems.. What was I suppose to do.. honestly have my wife email everyone when she has never been on ebay before?? not really practical.. this whole thing would of easily been prevented with a non-sarcastic letter from dufus or a more understanding reply from me,, wich I have admitted several times.. notice he still acts like he has done no wrong.. is it really a mortal sin to go 10 days before shipping when a buyer doesnt inquire about such auction?

    and I had gotten out Thursday evening,, I was on the comp... but I felt like shit.. I checked emails everyday after I got out.. never heard from dufus.. only heard from one guy and I answered asap.. I didn't bother emailing everyone for I knew the items would be prepaired over the weekend when I was hopefully feeling better and they would get a message stateing the item was on the way.

    I would not of had a prob with this transaction.. but what is the sense bitchin and sending a sarcastic email after you recieved notice it was on its way??

    You ever heard of bidsnipper or ezsnipe.com :roll: I had em loaded before I went in.. if you check.. all of the bids were at the last few seconds.. good ol' bidsnipper.. anything else you want to accuse me of??

    also,, I don't think its 'funny'' people get ther orders late.. just find if funny you havn't gotten yours :D
