kenwood;) lol.. ya I need to let this drop.. 99% of my customers are more than just happy.. so I need to not worry about this..

Random Terrain were talking 10 days here... and I had the wife checking my emails daily to tell people who inquired (no one did) if it would of hit 2 weeks, sure, I would of done just that.. I sold like 35 items that day.. and this was the only guy freaking out.. and I still read that letter from him as knowing the item was shipped and just wanting to bitch. I could understand being mad if you email about a item and ther person does not reply,, but I always answer emails promptly.. I have only been recently diagnoised with this,, and never had two attachs in a row.. just took awhile for the preventitive meds to start working.. If I was to put a clause in my ads like you state,, most people would just read that as a reason to delay shippments.. this was not a 'excuse',, it really happpend.. If you were in a car wreck all of a sudden and hospitalized and were in so much pain Morphine would not work and they had to heavily sedate you (basically knock you out) would you be worried about your ebay ads? I just think your asking too much in a case like this.. a RARE case like this.. and even then.. does that give the right for the seller to be a smart-ass?

ya I pretty much agree with you d'.. its all good.. I really didnt think many would block him anyway but anyway.. this guy don't strike me as the 'mending' type.. but its all good on my end.. and I stated several times I could of handled it better.. it was honestly just real bad timming on his part. Being sick for so many weeks honestly pisses me off as it is,, I was just getting things rolling from the last time I was in the hospital.. mentally that plays on a person, and then when he started being a wise ass about what I had been threw.. well.. GRR.. so like I stated SEVERAL times.. I could of handled it better.. Im not the bad feedback type.. unless I don't get a response to numerous emails.. I don't bother.. and honestly, I would of bent over backward to make this guy happy, prob even offered to refund shipping if he wasn't a wise ass in his emails.. im sure he will defend that.. but his letters and attituide is total sarcasim.. and that hit a nerve on a bad day

'tnks'.. so I would not of been mad after 10 days.. I give people the benifit of the doubt they have other responsibilities in life.. and I've also stated I could of handled it better.. but this guy has no 'give' at all.. no compasion.. I went threw a hella bad couple weeks.. and to have this guy rip on me for not feeling good.. hell ya that pissed me off.. I take no offens to you at all defender.. just hope you see at least a tad were Im coming from.. I have no room for rude people.. and I am very honest with the 2 week thing.. im surprised with you being so established you exspect things shipped so fast.. but thats kewl.. alot of sellers ship next day.. to me its all good, im patient.. as long as I dont get ripped off and the people respond to emails im pretty laid back. All in all, ive only been ripped off about 3 times in well over 1000 buys..

defender.. it was this dudes attituide from the first.. i just dont respond well to sarcastic emails.. it was the first I heard from him.. if it was just someone worried about his package,, fine,, I would of done whatever to take care of it.. but I don't deal with sarcasim.. and this was not a month late.. 10 days is not a reason to get so bent.. And like I stated, out of 35 orders.. he was the only one who had a prob.. check my recent feedback with everyone.. reread his emails and let me know if you think he is or is not sarcastic..

Umm, sorry, but I do not believe anyone made you the forum police, so that you could tell anyone to "disengage". It looks to me like a lot of people are still talking about it. So, if you want to disengage, go ahead. Most in here know most my sales are Reconditioned Atari Items of some sort. I challenge anyone to say they recieved a item for me that was less than they thought it would be, most are quite surprised at the condition. I take ALOT of pride in the recon'd hardware I sale and it really isn't all about the money. I provide items and service that is not readily available and enjoy the surprise and satisfaction my customers get. The point im making,, its not all about the money, its the pride in the quality of work.. and it rolls back to.. I don't need SARCASTIC customers.. Duff's stick was totally disassembeled, washed inside and out,, all the contact's were cleaned,, even the cord was cleaned with a toothbrush at the end!.. I seriously doubt ther has ever been one so nice sold on ebay (minus new boxed ones).. except maybe another one of mine;) like I said, I dont need cutomers like this,,

I just didn't care for a letter bitching when ther was nothing else to do.. his package was on the way.. And yes, alot of ebayers on ebay throw excusses around,, but I pointed to my feedback, that should of been enough for most anyone to know I usually get packages out asap.. its over 1100 positives.. and I still think his letter was snooty.. what else was I suppose to do for him after the package is on its way? ahhh,, no need to go back and forth on this,, he did catch me on a bad day, being sick for long time and than dealing with being so far behind would put anyone on a short temper list.. but once again, I could see no reason for his letter,, he was not asking for a postage refund or status of his shipment,, he was just bitching.. then he wouldnt let it drop when I did tell him what was up.. If I would of told this guy in my first response about being in the hospital.. and been polite,, he'd still of just written back bitching I should of written to the buyers.. it was only 10 days, I always give 14 days to hear from my sellers,, I was answereing letters if/when they came in instead of writting everyone.. I 'used' my medical condtion for the simple fact you can't send items out if your in a hospital bed!.. I would never use the excuse as a 'excuse', it was a fact. Also let me remind.. I filled these orders while still being very sick at the time.. would of been easy to go to bed that night wich is what I really wanted to do, but I stayed up all night and filled the orders.. if it wansnt for that I may have been a little more tolerable when answereing the letter from duffus',, like I said,, it caught me at a bad day,,..

opps,, i left out part of that.. I HAD told the person above I was sick and just got out of the hospital and all orders would be going out soon,, so my mistake,, I did get that persons first letter last weekend.. day or two before 'dufus's letter,, so my bad on that but the person still had waited till last Saturday and I wrote em back asap,, I screwed up trying to piece together the corrispondance.. point was, I answere all email

and also,, once more.. I honestly only had one person ask about shipment, and that was after I got the letter from duffus.. This person did not get a automated notice for it was a insured item and I just went to the post office on it.. out of roughly 35 auctions,, no one else even asked status within those ten days showing most people have a little patience. I can't see the argument with "bad ebay'r and excusses' when I promptly answere emails, will give phone #, will help and 'go out of my way' in most cases. This guys first letter to me was not asking about anyting,, he straight out attacked me for getting it out late and paying priority shipping without himself even asking what the circumstances are.. I will say it again,, I dont need customers like that.

also note.. and many here will testify.. if ther is ever a prob with me I am more than happy to give the people my phone # so they will feel confident im a honest seller and they can call about whatever item at any time..

also, his big grip was about shipping priority and getting it out late.. I ship priority and only charge actual shipping,, not a penny more for handling and packaging..

I had never herd from him before asking status of his order and my first response was not that shitty.. totally truthful, only time I got shitty was after I was basically called a lier by this dude.. and I fully showed him what I was dealing with health wise and the guy didn't care at all,, he was just worried about his stick. I could just picture myself in the hospital, IV connected and all, head killing me,, worried as hell for the doc tells me this is somthing I will be living with for years.. but sure,, my only concern should of been digital's tron stick so, glade he is here..
