Another problem with CL is buyers or sellers not showing up at the designated location to make the deal.

CL is notorious for low ball resellers but lately high prices on items tend to scare even those people away from making an offer anymore. Just browsing through my local listing on gaming items even scares me away because everyone thinks their items are gold. I don't even bother making offers anymore for that reason plus you have no buyer protection if the item(s) doesn't work.

I love it when old threads like this get resurrected because it gets my juices flowing again to wipe the dust off the old cartridge and take another crack at it.

I'm not a fan of the N64 and sold all of the games except for Super Mario 64 which I use for testing consoles and controllers I find in the wild to sell/trade.

Did you know it was going to take that long to ship? If I order something and there is no indication anywhere on the page that there will be a delay for whatever reason, I am going to assume it will ship out within a few days just like 99.9% of all consumer products. If after a week it doesn't ship out I start to believe that my order has gone unfulfilled if I don't get a timely response to my email inquiring about said product. I have no faith in people or companies anymore for many reason that I could probably write a book about.

No way would I give them two weeks to ship out the item. One week is more then enough time to pack/ship an item that is in stock. I would give it a couple more days then proceed with getting charges reversed. Just my thoughts.

If you do put them up on eBay, please describe in detail the condition of the discs and don't be an asshat like some of these eBay sellers that just put the condition as good or acceptable. I had one guy state that the Mega Man 2 cartridge for the NES was in VERY GOOD condition but did not state that the fucken thing had white paint on the sides. Needless to say I got a partial refund that was acceptable to me.

Yes it is eBay. If life issues are affecting someone that much, maybe they should shut down their eBay store or end all of their listings. It has happened twice in a row to me and the last seller's excuse for shipping late was just about the same damn excuse this seller gave. I have no luck with eBay sellers. The item has now been shipped but I am wondering if it would have even been shipped out today had I not contacted the seller.

I am still waiting on Crazy Taxi that I order on 1 February. It has not even been mailed out yet as of today, so I contacted the seller and got a reply back pretty quickly. The excuse is that he/she has been going through some life issues and it will be mailed out today. I don't give a shit about your life issues because everyone has them. Get off your ass and walk/drive to the post office with my package. My truck broke down yesterday but I was still able to get shit done with my own two legs and hands. I walked the kids to school and walked another 3 miles to the post office and dropped off an eBay package this morning. I don't want hear about your bullshit excuses. Just mail my damn package on time. I have no sympathy for people anymore. Rant done.

I guarantee it isn't a CRT based on some previous posts.

Nope, not sarcastic at all. Never heard of it and not interest in owning one anyhow just cause it has a CRT. I'm a recreational gamer and not a gaming aficionado.

Great!!! Glad you got that off your chest. However, I enjoy all 4 of my CRTs and wouldn't be caught dead with an MVS (never heard of it) or an HDTV, LCD, LED, or whatever the hell they are called now. I tried all of these newer TVs and not a single one lasted past 7 years. All 4 CRTs I purchased in the early 90s when I enlisted in the military and they all are still going strong. I'm done with new technology hence why I am on an Atari forum discussing old games and consoles. Hell the computer I am typing this on is 15 plus years old.
