My current setup as of today. When I first fired up the unit i get a humming noise from it, power supply issue maybe? Not pictured off to the right side of the TV in my Genesis mini. After playing that for the last month or so made me excited to dig my model 2 out and play on real hardware again.

Same here. I sold my model 2 CD unit after only owning it for a year or so. I made someones day last year, he got a sweet deal on it, less then $100 with 8 games all boxed.I'll miss playing Dungeon Master on it. I get way more use out of my 32X. I still day dream about a Neptune release. If the Mega Sg adds 32x support I'll consider grabbing one.

Genesis Does... or Analogue Mega Sg Does!
Zeptari1 commented on MegaManFan's blog entry in MegaManFan's Blog
Thanks for posting this. I'm debating whether or not this is for me. I have a Genesis model 2 with a 32x add on. Hardest part would be the loss of that. Any news if progress I being made with 32x compatibility? again, thanks fro sharing. -
I just get in my ship. Then exit it. It saves then. If you ship isn’t near you , you can call it to your current position . Just make sure it’s loaded with launcher fuel when you leave it.

I'm back. I was playing the game all wrong, well....I was playing in a way that made progress very slow and way more difficult. I did't understand the use of drop pods or expanding my excosuit for free at space stations. Biggest relief was adding spaces to the cargo section of my suit. Wow, way more room. But my biggest doh, was not knowing I could call my space ship or excocraft (which I finally built almost a year after the game launched!) to my present location at any time with the d-pad. Well over 120+ hours playing and I'm still learning new things. Mostly what-to and not-to-do in the game. Like, before you collect a crashed ship move all your resources over or your lose them. And get ready to fix all the things that need repairing on it. Then collecting items to reinstall all your lost technology. I finally settled down on my 20th system. I entered it and told myself I wasn't leaving till I made a base. Here's the results so far. My shuttle in the foreground. I'm a scatter brain. So I'll close out for now with the picture..

Big thumbs up to your brother. I love the new Songbird logo. Great job incorporating the Atari fuji logo in it.

I like your idea of a console only version Reaperman. It would be nice to have that and a lite portable version. I'm not really in the market to buy another console or handheld, but I am a fan of what Nintendo has done with the Switch software wise. Solid library of games for sure. My oldest son (22) who owns one praises the system constantly. So I'll keep tabs on this thread.
