The RCA Studio II is even more primitive if you really want to have a party. Here's the interview where Jerry Lawson talks about the Studio II, he refers to it as a piece of junk:

The RCA studio ii was made in an era when almost all consoles were pong consoles with one game. It used cartriges.

R-zone, VIS, Action Max, and Studio II are all stinkeroos. Everything else I've played has at least a few enjoyable games, but not those four.
