Don't put such a qualifier as "tasteful" when talking about nudes of Rev. He has plenty of distasteful nude pics, too, and we don't want them included either -
I really thought "SAG Interview..." meant that the Screen Actor's Guild interviewed Tommy

Sega Genesis to Intv2/Sears controller adapter
fdr4prez replied to grips03's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
Could it be shaved down to fit into the Intv2? That could be something the end-user could do so the added work isn't a factor on your end - but let's hope the end user doesn't make a mistake But for the original consoles, this DB9 size isn't a concern once the adapter cables are installed into the console. Assuming that the adapter cables are still something that can be purchased Having the Intv1-to-DB9 adapter cables would offer the best flexibility, but another possibility would be that your sega-to-inty adapter could be purchased either with a DB9 end or an Inty1 end -
I am quite the opposite. I could not get into the reimagined series, but i like watching the original

sounds like you need to open an R&D office in a less restricted county -
The Pi0 cannot using the same image that is used here that is made for the Pi2 and Pi3 You will need to build your own using the RetroPie version for the Pi0 https://retropie.org.uk/download/ As I mentioned in my post in the other thread, I have helped other AA members with scripts. I do not want to hijack this thread. Please send me a PM and we can see what I can do to help you.

Sorry to hear about the financial problems. It is always a tough decision, but certainly understandable. Let's hope this economy turns around sooner rather than later -
Do you want to expend out to other consoles, such as Microsurgeon from Imagic for Intellivision? It was also ported to TI-99 and IBM Jr A nice wallpaper: https://atariage.com/forums/topic/279353-microsurgeon-4k-resolution-wallpaper/

is that why many of your posts in other threads are always multiple in a row? I always thought you were trying to grow your post count

Ultimate Flashback Interface Boards Available
fdr4prez replied to Byte Knight's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
Byte Knight uses RetroPie, but he uses his own theme, but other than that yours will be functional identical. I think he theme is floating around in the main The Ultimate Intellivision Flashback thread, but we can help you with that later. In regards to the buttons and switches, this will require confirmation of how they function, and then it will take a script running in the background to monitor them. The script will "press" a keyboard button when the button/switch changes state. The emulator will do what that keyboard button is mapped out to be. The three emulators each use different keyboard inputs for quit, restart, pause, etc. so you will need to decide what keyboard "buttons" are pressed for each button in the script and then you need to configure each emulator to use that particular button to said function. I have helped other AA members with this type of script, but you will need to configure the emulators yourself to match the script. -

Yes, install jzintv, standalone stella, and the coolcv They are all in the optional packages that you can install. These will work good in the Pi0 - I have no experience with NES emulators on a Pi0 -
Intellivision Amico - Tommy Tallarico introduction + Q&A

This is what the looked like before they were split up -
The Atari FB2 is neat in that you can add a cartridge port and play using real Atari 2600 carts https://archive.is/20130117160348/http://atarimuseum.com/fb2hacks/ But there is a cart compatibility chart floating around. There are various posts in the Atari Systems > Dedicated Systems subforum and the Atgames Flaskback and Portable Consoles subforum about this hack. In regards to the emulation used in the Intellivision Flashback, I can't rightly speak about it. I got mine, played Space Spartans a few times and then I rebuilt it with a Raspberry Pi.
-
Yes, they are becoming rare at decent prices
-
The internal board is fairly basic and not really serviceable. As 1980gamer mentioned, it can be rebuilt using a Raspberry Pi. You can go to Intellivision subforum here and look for the Ultimate Intellivision Flashback thread. Basically the main flashback board is removed and it is replaced. If you don't want to have it rebuilt/upgraded then it is possible that Byte Knight (or another member here) has an original Flashback board from one of his previous rebuilds. If you are handy, then you can rebuild it yourself. That thread has many comments and we can all offer tips, too.

no The wires in the cable use an odd connector (if that is what you want to call it) that simply slides on to the board. More like a press-fit. Each wire is connected individually, but be mindful that the connector can be broken, and if you break it then you will need to solder that particular wire to the board - or use a different joystick or replace the cable.
