If it is just the switches, and not heat sensitive components, then you can get a heat gun and blast all the pins at the same time with some hot air to melt the solder and then you can pull the switch off of the board.

Most like it is one of the ultra rare sun-baked and heat/age faded label variants.

Well, considering the fact that there hasn't been any releases for Amico, then the library size is currently 0 so a 2TB card can hold an infinite amount of Amico's libraries Now we can only hope that eventually the released Amico library would fill up a few of these

I think this one is a nice compromise - it isn't too slow and it isn't too fast to terribly distracting.

They are referred to as game cards in the few manuals that I have seen They were a little board that acted like jumpers, or switch settings, that would trigger the console's main board to play different games. So the Channel F gets the award for the first "ROM based carts"

Can you drill the needed holes and salvage the boards? You may have to solder the lead to both sides of the board since the hole won't be plated.

I was also thinking about that. You can have a non-ending chain of VideoPlexers and have all your carts connected as one plexer feeds into the next.
