WHat about the LYNX does it have a cart?

He, you know the history of Atari. Marketing blunders I had to write the history of the LYNX and the JAG. It is in my sig.

I like all the stories behind Atari. Gives my Lynx a little more personality. Lynx: the Cat that could have been.. Yep. and then you have Panther: The cat that never was. When atari was loonking for a mascot, why didnt they use a cat?

I like Flashback, and there are many other fun games. Look at the jaguar rarity guide (dont really bother with some of the reviews) and see what looks good.

I will be getting a manual switchbox from radio shack tomorow , (I am sick of plugging and unplugging the 7800 just to play it), does that have the end like on my automatic jaguar switchbox?

I have a cable. It has the thing that plugs into the 7800 on both ends, then an adapter that turns one of the ends into a male Coax plug.

I am not using a switchbox, and am a bit too chicken to open up my 7800 and tinker around with things, unless I know what I am doing.

I now own a lynx, 7800 Jaguar a ps2 and an Xbox, and I play all of them equally (exept for the lynx, I play that a little more) Most jag games are not on the Box, so you are just expanding your possibilities of games. (I had to rationalize, I now own 5 systems!) I went through the same delima when I bought the Xbox, it just has more and different games that I cant play on the ps2.

is there a little thing that will boost the reception of the 7800. I have to jiggle the little thing that plugs into t he 7800 to the tv. and it is constantly losing reception. Any suggestions?

I am looking at the AA rarity guide. They are both 7

I didnt see any thing where it would have broken off, either.

But it has the same rarity of Attack of the Mutant penguins, so why is it so much more? $40 loose?

I think. I plugged in donkey kong into my 7800 and I heard a snap. I pulled out the cartridge, and I saw nothing was broken. I found a little piece of L shaped black plastic with a ridge at the to part of the L. I played donkey kong, and it worked, and I tried One on one and it also worked. What was it and will it hurt my games/7800?

How much do they go for loose?

Yeah, thats right... the batteries in mine just died, that is why I am glad to own an AC adapter.

Never mind...got it.

I plugged my 7800 into the tv. and started playing Ms. Pacman. The video works just fine, but all I get is static for sound. I can hear a little bit of sound through the static... but thats it. HELP!

Also, do the sticks (on the controllers) move alot, or are they somewhat stationary?

Is there a special way to remove carts from the 7800? It is really tight on mine, and I dont want to break it.

The cable input on the back of yout TV So I guess the coax thing will work. It does work, but you may end up sacrificing picture quality. Is there a way so I dont sacrafice the quality? The picture on my cable is not that good as it is..... How bad does it get?

Question, do you have to flip a switch to switch between imputs?
