Yep, its a jag game. It is also for pc, gameboy (awesome movies/title/selection screen), snes, and genny.

Nope, it never was, but neither were most of the other prototypes listed in the rarity guide. One of the reasons it's not there may be because it's too similar to Freeway. But it is a prototype none the less. I think your second reason is correct.

How Come this is not in the rarity guide? I saw it in GBA Anthology, just not here.
