True, not at all legal, but an interesting concept all the same.

What news paper was this?

Yes, they could. They simply throw in a mod chip, Next, they put Linux into it, making a pc. They then siply put in a disc of roms, and a mame emulator. Hook it up to a monitor, and custom controls. Wah-lah. A mame box disguised as a Cabby.

A modded system totally opens up alot of possabilities. I recomend it over softmodding. I need to find the softmod files. Maybe someone can help me out

Mine can be found at my short lived, but strangely older thread here:

We don't latch on to it because its not origional. Its like why sequal movies suck so much.

Answer to topic: no
I'm fine with rental stickers. They show the game's history. I remember how a blockbuster near me had these N64 games. The ended up for sale. My friend and I would always rent it. I bought it at an EB . Same game, with the rental local on it. Now, sporting an EB sticker with it.

That program seems to much of a copycat for me to like it. I like origionality. Which is why I refuse to but a Flashback.

I got Unreal Championship 2 for $15. It might sound like alot, but I'm trying to bulk up on XBOX.

Specifically:
Not Next gen (PS3, 360, Revolution, DS, PSP, Micro)
Not current gen (XBOX, PS2, GCN, N-Gage)
YES, Previous Gen (N64, PSX, 3DO, Gameboy Color)

This thread goes perfectly with that one where the kid destroyed all of these non-working consoles, and then burried them.
-
I'd buy it.

I really have no preference. The graphics on ColecoVision are far superior. But I seriously like the Intelly controller.
-
As of now, N64 and down.

Yeah, just go for it. Pioneer a way. Its simple enough a concept that it would hardley take enough thought that could drain the adverage person. Once you find the tri-pointed drivers, you just need to mount the guts accordingly, and solder in the woring for the switches for on/off ect.
