  1. I don't use Google Docs. I was, however, able to reformat it as an older Excel file and that seems to have done the trick, so here it is attached for all to see! Jaguar.xls
  2. (Edited Post) Here's my list, and I'll attach the updated spreadsheet as it changes. If anybody is able to check it for errors (I'm not certain which games count as homebrew, for example, and there of course could be plenty of omissions) I'd appreciate it, but the list currently stands at 145 games. I'll add to it as necessary, and will expand on the information as those with more knowledge of certain things bring me up to speed. Hopefully this will be a useful tool for people here who are either collecting everything for the Jag they can get their hands on or maybe aren't aware certain titles are out there and available. Hope you all enjoy! Jaguar.xls
  3. Yeah, I got it for the collection, but I have no intention of ever playing it unless a friend really pesters me to do it or I just decide to really go game-by-game through the entire Jag library. I generally don't play sports games anyhow, so I don't feel super compelled to do it when I have about thirty games on my current gen systems I haven't touched yet.
  4. Yeah, ordinarily an operational Jaguar or Jag CD unit alone, loose, would cost at least that much.
  5. Honestly, I just have a sealed copy in my collection and am unlikely to break it open. Never was a fan of soccer games to begin with. Kind of odd there are two soccer games, a snowboarding title, and even a motocross and rally car game for the Jag, but not a single baseball title. Makes the Jag a bit unique among its contemporaries.
  6. Oh man, that thing is awful. I thought the PC Engine version was outstanding for something operating on an 8-bit platform, but clearly that system was the minimum operating capacity to make SFII work.
  7. Has anybody produced boxes and manuals for the beta games like Barkley Shut Up and Jam or Arena Football '95? The only one I've really seen is the Brett Hull Hockey set, and I only got that as a bonus with the big set of boxes and manuals for the ST carts. Tried doing a search and didn't see anything helpful, but never know if there might be something I missed.
  8. I just made a big order of SNES/N64/Jaguar protectors from Retro Protection. The homebrews are snug, but fit right in with no issues. I've made several orders from Dan over the last few months, and he's always delivered quality protectors quickly.
  9. Yeah, I've only ever owned one, and it works just fine. Not saying he didn't have bad luck, but he really overstated things and avoiding some of the better titles on the Jag CD (most of which, admittedly, were not part of the original library).
  10. Conker's is both rare (developed by Rare at that) and coveted, hence its high value on the market. It's not necessarily a unicorn, but it was one of the system's later releases and didn't get as heavy a run as other games. As for the rest, probably just speculators hoping somebody will buy not knowing any better. VGA is interesting, but I'd never do it. It costs a LOT of money to get something rated, making even the most common of games prohibitively expensive for a typical collector. Unless you have one of a handful of SUPER valuable games in complete condition (Magical Chase, Stadium Events, Metal Slug X, etc.), there's just no point outside of vanity.
  11. Whatever, dude. I got my copy and it's great. Helped me fall in love with a classic all over again!
  12. I honestly can't tell if you're making a positive or negative comment about the makers here.
  13. That's easily the highest I've seen that game listed, and that's utterly ridiculous as it is.
  14. If $800 is the going rate for Another World these days, then my mistake. At this rate, I should be able to sell my Jag collection in about four years and retire.

  16. I just put together an Excel spreadsheet listing absolutely everything for the Jaguar/Jag CD I have ever purchased, seen, heard of, or anticipated. PM me and I can send you a copy and you can edit it as you see fit. All told I list 137 titles thus far, but that includes a couple special editions (BS Gold, Protector) and Betas.
  17. I have them in said cases, but I've noticed some batches are tighter fits than others. Regardless, the homebrew boxes are definitely incrementally larger, as I removed other Jag games from their protectors and tried to squeeze in the HBs to no avail. Basically had to search for some that were part of a larger batch...might have to look into which distributor I got the bigger ones from. At any rate, yes, SNES, Jaguar, and N64 games all use the same size boxes and protectors. I think Genesis games fit in said protectors as well, but most of them are plastic cases to begin with, so it's hardly worth the bother unless it's something really, really valuable. However, there are a few games (Bubsy comes to mind) for the Genesis that do come in cardboard boxes which make more sense to put in a protector. Really, it's just the OCD coming out in me when it comes to my collection. It seems a shame to spend all the money for a pristine homebrew and not do my best to keep it minty fresh.
  18. Just got mine in the mail! Can't wait to try them out. One thing I've noticed (and this is by no means a gripe, so please don't feel insulted) is the boxes are very, very, very slightly larger than a typical Jaguar/SNES game box. I noticed the same thing with Alice's Mom's Rescue. I wouldn't ever have noticed except they don't fit into a typical plastic SNES box protector, though some are apparently manufactured with a bit more wiggle room so I've been able to use those. Not sure if anybody else has this problem (or even bothers with protectors) but just something I've come across with some of the homebrews.
  19. My sister's in Houston. I'll get Resurgence and RR just to help a bit more. I appreciate your contributing to the effort.
  20. I don't think so, barring somebody giving me a crash course in how to do it on this site.
  21. It's Spain, so I was one country off. At least they did the full box and manual with it! Actually looks nice!
  22. Interesting. The seller said it was a reprint, and it's not like there's any reason for him to say that if it wasn't. I think they're out of France, though, so maybe somebody did something overseas?
