Amico might be a step closer to actually being (on) a console.

Alvarado: Hi, profits from the Amico Home games are treated just like profits from Amico console games with respect to the Republic investors.
Also, thank you for supporting Amico through the Republic offering.
Discord User: No problem. I have dm’ed you to talk further because this answer doesn’t give much info or point me in any direction as I don’t know how profits from console games are dispersed or how any of this is attained.
Alvarado: I am not familiar with the details of the Republic deal, but you should be able to check the agreement document you entered into or contact Republic support for clarification. All I know is we are reserving a percentage of the profits from game sales for Republic investors. Your investor contract should contain the details of how and when those are paid out.

Someone on the Amico Discord yesterday had asked if Tommy was selling his home in order to fund the Amico (the post has since been deleted).
Some replies immediately afterwards:
Discord User #1: Don’t know and none of my business, but hope he‘s doing well.
Discord User #2: To be honest, I wish he would come here,even if it's just to say hello. I guess some people will disagree, but whatever disagreement people may have had with him, whatever bitterness they may have felt, isn't it time to bury the hatchet? By the way, I also wish Phil Adam would come here and say hello too!

But I'm going to be honest here and say I'm kinda disappointed. After watching a video comparing the two Intellivision Ghostbusters versions (I was unaware there were two versions floating around before I stumbled on this video - the Inty-Home Edition and the Ultimate Edition ) it's beyond dispute that this Inty-Home version is the lesser of the two by a huge margin (gameplay wise). I do give the packaging and presentation a 10 out of 10 though. And the obvious misspelling in this Inty-Home version that appears soon after boot up really bothers me (believe is spelled "Belive"). Reminds me of another recent purchase I made - USA Zombie Apocalypse for the Vectrex. Unbelievable beautiful presentation, the box, overlay, and cartridge are top notch. Unfortunately the game itself is lackluster. Here's the Ghostbusters comparison video I'm referencing:

Just out of curiosity, I attempted to register my console order on the Amico website. Yes, after all these years I still have an active $100 pre order. Just never bothered requesting a refund. When I put my order number in I get a message telling me it can't be found. I'm 100% sure my order number is correct. John Alvarado suggested I contact Amico customer service. I did a couple times but never heard back. This was months ago. I also never got Amico Home working on any of my devices. Alvarado suggested I open up some ports on my router, but I did and no change, I still couldn't connect so gave up. I have no desire to redeem codes for any of the games due to learning that Amico will subtract the purchase price of the games from my deposit, yes I also purchased the 8 pack or whatever it was of physical products why back when. They have been sitting on a shelf unopened for years (underneath my nearly complete US Dreamcast games collection). Anyway, here's some screenshots of the failed registration process for those curious:

I'm having a very difficult time controlling the ship, especially in Portal Panic and Defense Panic. Pushing up on the stick to thrust while steering with the same stick is unintuitive. Circling the ring in Wormhole panic is pretty clunky too, controlling like Tempest it doesn't. I'd like to put more time into it in order to get enough coins to purchase the 3 extra games, but it's just too aggravating. Otherwise the colors and graphics are nice, I especially like the "Big Boss" in Run Panic.

I received my Limited Edition Ghostbusters in the white box. He was also selling Gyruss for Intellivision so I had purchased that too while I was at it (approximately $100).

I played the first Virtua Fighter in a movie theater lobby in 1993. Located on the 2nd floor of the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa, Long Island NY. I played Virtua Fighter 3 at the Adventureland theme park in Farmingdale, Long Island NY.

Near the bottom of this page is a FREE Pitrex pre configured image (MICRO SD PITREX PLUG'N PLAY). It's the image I use and is nearly perfect. Many games with sounds, including Star Wars which, if you happen to do the "Buzz Off" mod you can actually hear the voices from the arcade during gameplay. Until I installed the Buzz Off kit, I had no idea it had voice. They are rather faint, but there. Image located here:

You are welcome to post here. But statements like " i assume INtellivision has given up on the console which is a real bummer" are not welcome, especially when the Roadmap description explains the situation regarding the console and explicitly says we intend to keep going to deliver the console.
I was quoting the rule, which happens to mention drama, but I was not accusing you of drama. The part that applies is "predictions of doom" (i.e. saying the console is not happening). Again, you are welcome and encouraged to post here as long as it is constructive. Constructive criticism of current product is OK too, if it is in the spirit of improving the products. Thank you for being a Founders pre-order customer. I appreciate your support.

The purpose of this discord is to 1) help people use and enjoy the available Amico products (i.e. customer service), 2) Get feedback from customers to help us improve the products, 3) Give people who are enthusiastic about the products a place to form a community for general discussion of the products and related topics in a respectful and friendly environment.
Please, going forward, no more questions about console launch dates.

My dream investor for Intellivision is the Embracer group (the parent company of Plaion), mainly because the Embracer group also owns Asmodee. If Intellivision Amico could have access to the licenses that Asmodee has, or even better, if Intellivision could have exclusivity for some Asmodee titles, then THAT would be something!
In particular, since Pandemic has been removed from pretty much everything (I still have it on my tablet, but it cannot be bought anymore), an Amico console release with Pandemic as a pack-in would be ENORMOUS. Like really, really ENORMOUS. For Intellivision, having Pandemic, or a version of Pandemic Legacy, as a pack-in would be the equivalent of what Donkey Kong was to the Colecovision.
