Well, after a week's worth of barely any training at my other job, I got terminated at the end of the week. I wasn't "getting it", according to them. So, my job now (old job before the other "old" job) hired me back temporarily to help out with a few things. January's not too far away..so I'm hoping my luck will improve. Merry Christmas to everyone!

I've been reading Splinter of the Mind's Eye. First time in well over 30 years. Now onto the Han Solo trilogy by Brian Daley.

I had the Return of the Jedi book for years.

Saw the movie last night in 3D. Very much like the new movie and the plot lines that have been developed. Should make for some lasting SW goodness in the future.

I've never tried Turkey bacon.

I don't like turkey bacon all that much. It tastes similar, sure, but the texture is all wrong...

I have never even considered any other type of bacon besides the pork variety. Perhaps I will have to get some of this "turkey bacon" and give it a try...
