  1. YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! ............
  2. How to tell if it's the bug fixed one...suicide with a ghost when a power pellet is being destroyed. If the power pellet stays and you can't finish the board then its the buggy one.
  3. Is this FOR REAL? I'd like to see a video of this on youtube!
  4. Any TV capture device with audio/video inputs that allow you to watch TV on your PC will work.
  5. Loose screw inside the cart probably.
  6. Wonder007...did someone run up to you claiming they had a Zookeeper proto?
  7. It looks like someone is buying it...stopped by today to see if it was still there. It IS a BLAK unit...so a first run. It had the game cards #1 to #6 and #8 with it.
  8. The marketplace thread got a lot of comments...seems there's a few that want to get it.
  9. The Buy-Sell-Trade Store 924 N Grand Ave Springfield, IL 62629(217) 679-2424 Dunno if they ship...but had one person thinking I own the thing...which I am not the owner. You'll have to call them to see if they still have it if you are going to buy it.
  10. I pulled out the Digitpress Collectors Guide...the case alone apparently is worth 100 bucks.
  11. Hey look at this -- http://news.bbgsite.com/content/2010-04-19/top10_ugly_game_consoles,1.shtml
  12. Oh I guess someone did a write up on it... http://www.pcworld.com/article/256101/inside_the_magnavox_odyssey_the_first_video_game_console.html
  13. Since this is a for sale item, its in the appropriate space...but stop to consider, this year is the 40th anniversary of the Odyssey One. The release date of this system was in 1972 as the copyright date on the box says. I was in awe to find this unit, dunno if it works or not, but to find this thing in the wild complete with everything in a case is a pretty amazing find don't you think? Surprising I haven't seen much talk about this milestone. http://en.wikipedia....agnavox_Odyssey http://www.atariage....essy-one-found/
  14. Found this today at the Buy Sell & Trade store on North Grand & MacArthur Blvd in Springfield, IL - this complete Odyssey ONE can be yours for $150.00. I'm not the seller, but I saw this today, and wanted to share it here in case anyone is looking this 40 year old game system ... which I assume anyone who has a gaming museum of some sort would probably want to add this to their collection. Buy Sell & Trade is a non-clothing thrift store...there's a lot of odd stuff in there that you'll not see elsewhere. 15. It may be no more than a tech demo.
  16. I suspect this flew under the radar cause I did a search on a whim. This was posted in November.
  17. Hmmm...strange game this is...killer light bulbs heading for your brain!
  18. Ahem....now...my reaction to the posting of THIS version of Star Castle coming outta nowhere... HOLY CRAP! Someone else took this challenge on! Wonder what Scott thinks of this second version of the game to pop up?
  19. I don't think anybody has criticized Scott's game. Actually that would be quite impossible (and unfair) by now, since AFAIK nobody has been able to play it yet. Nobody? How about the person who posted the video of Scott's Star Castle....namely...ME!
  20. Midwest Gaming Classic finds... Gremlins - an R6 game for 50 cents! Private Eye - an R5 game for 50 cents! Radar Lock - an R4 game for a buck! Bought other things but these were the diamonds pulled out of the rough...
  21. Once again...as crowded as it was it needs extended another day and should go back to the roomier Oconowomac.
  22. Hey Tempest...any more updates to atariprotos.com coming from this set of finds?
  23. I couldn't make it past the jump board either...until I read a walkthrough on how to use it correctly. Jump on the board then button mash the run button until you land.
