New York State, probably New York City. -
I could have sworn Atari's used the same power supplies for the computer and the peripherals - and yes the power supply for the 1010 works on the 1050. http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=1424533

My first pinball machine... help... (LUCKY ACE 1974)
Crimefighter replied to Red 5's topic in Arcade and Pinball
Ummmm...have you tried playing it? Maybe remove the glass cover and roll the pinball at things? They sell replacement bulbs that are LEDs to really brighten things up. -
Why was it terrible?

There are definitely a lot of spare playfields laying around...I see them at pinball and arcade shows for sale. At least someone has found a use for them. And just a note, Sega Dreamworks had several pinball playfields as decoration on the walls in the bar area.

Try the Smoking Gun -- http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years...91jackson1.html Really nasty stuff. -
UnMAMEd Arcade Games has a NEW URL -- http://unmamed.mameworld.info/

That controller is horrible for shooters...especially if the game doesn't have rapid fire. Hurt my hand playing a high score competition.

Crimefighter replied to qdoggmets's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
I think you have a bunch of Atari 8-bit computer games.....which there's a forum for that. -

It's a pretty elitist club mentality on most wrestling boards. There's a lot of people that really should not be on the internet period.

Any pictures of these carts?

If you took part in this tournament in any way back in 1991 when it was swinging through about 55 college campuses, this gentleman is trying to put together some history page on it. So far he's only found four of the contestants (one being the person who won the whole thing me), and one of which is in prison (why were you guys all hush hush about it last time I asked about him here?) Anyway, if you took part in that tournament and are reading this and can contribute any info about the tourney contact: Brian Parker [email protected] Retrozone - http://www.retrousb.com AIM: funktasticb Also note the tourney cart was found...and repros are likely to be made of it as was the 1990 tourney cart as I now have one of those.

I surely will be there again. Seems now though I'm going to a gaming convention every six months between the MGC and Heartland Pinball & Arcade Show.

Hmm, another Namco stick out there.
Crimefighter replied to NightSprinter's topic in Dedicated Systems
Gee, they keep putting out new sticks but the same games in a different combo. -

Then you're thinking of the 3rd edition Pac-Man game shown here, that's been out for two years. http://www.vintagecomputing.com/index.php/...es/236#more-236 I found this variant of the 4th edition stick however, but I've not seen it for sale -- http://www.searchamateur.com/pictures/pac-...d-tv-game-1.jpg
