Answered my own question - I realized Adamlink 1 would not do it and i decided to go through all my DDP's to see if I had anything that would, first DDP, Adamlink 2!

How did you get into the file send / receive menu? I have adamlink 1 but no manual

Hi again - I was able to create a phone line simulator and cables and now have the Adam via the Adamlink connected to my PC - YEAH! Now i need to know how to use this software, it didnt come with a manual so I dont know what abilities it has of downloading or even saving data from the connection to DDP (i can type back and forth). Does anyone have or know where a copy of the manual in pdf format online anywhere? Thanks! Milli

Is there a disassembly of CPM for Adam around? There are low level things that are Adam specific I would like to do that I do not know how to with the implementation of CPM on the Adam and don't want to reinvent the wheel if they are in CPM, such as read the controller, run at 40 column, poll the keyboard for keys pressed without waiting etc. if I could get TDOS on DDP it would be nice

Or if not is EOS available under CPM

Does anyone know if CP/M uses the EOS routines or does it replace them with its own?

Thank you - I tried to direct connect to a PC but it dung with so I am waiting for the parts to simulate a phone line to arrive.

Hi everyone. I have building up an Adam collection for awhile. I recently got an Adamlink and the software but it didnt come with the cable. It seems that it is just a simple 2 wire cable that connects to the 2 center wires of a phone jack (red green) but I am not totally sure. Does anyone have one that can tell me if this is so? Milli
