So how does one make that determination between NTSC and PAL

I made a mistake..... It is a P label cart. I also have a copy of Jawbreaker as well. I am located in the U.S.

I recently picked up a loose copy of Asterix for Atari 2600. It looks like there is damage to the label in the picture but it appears to just be dirt or dried food on the label. I didn't know the best way to remove it with out damaging the label so I left it. Is anyone interested in buying it?
