Yea, resuming from Hibernate takes just a few seconds now.

My office PC is exactly the opposite. Slow notebook HD, lousy harddisk encryption and bad configured virus scanner combined with 8GB RAM = 10-15 minutes(!!!) from hibernate.

2nd package arrived just in time at Friday.
I spend the evening to put all the pieces together. Besides a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter for the SSD I had missed nothing. Unfortunately my old DVD burner didn't work and so I wasted some time there and finally had to make a bootable USB stick for Windows 7. I spend the last two days to test everything and to install a few major programs.
New pictures above.

Wow, first two packages (case + some hardware) from one supplier arrived today. That was fast!
-
It would have been funny if I would have remembered the details.

Looks like I will miss a lot of jokes in the future...

-
Sorry, but I still don't get it.
Must be me.

-
OK, got that part. But why is the red color not aligned with other graphics?

-
I think I got it.
I suppose...
-
Did I miss something lately?

-
No, I meant the states of Russia, Germany etc. They all have states too!

-
Maybe Most americans can't define where is North Korea, or would find Ivory Coast on a map of Europe, but most Europeans are unable to say correctly where all of the US States & main cities are.
Apples and oranges.
I wouldn't expect from foreigners to know the names of all sub states and their main cities of other countries. Or do you know the names of those for e.g. Russia, France, Spain, Italy or Germany? Did you even know they exist?

-
I would test this, but my PC is too slow for Stella's ARM emulation.
I plan to get a new one soon.

Brainwashing happens everywhere, not only from rogue governments like North Korea.
We all are brainwashed almost constantly (old and new media, adverts etc. pp). And way more sophisticated and subtle than in NK.

I've heard that stuttering is a sign of genius.

Wha, wha, ... what?

Ah, another free SVN server for public projects.
Chris and I am using assembla.com for Star Castle, where Boulder Dash was hosted too (private).
-
I wonder if Scott is around here too...

-
Ah, OK. So you would rather do comics than what you do now?
-
There is hope it will be better than those two.

-
Bad boy!

-
Really?

Any chance of gaining enough optimizations to make the ship color match the inner ring?

To make it look more like the arcade?
-
No problem, we are working on that already.

This is so close to completion, so I am pretty sure it will be released.
-
The enemy can shot through the two outer rings. It seems that only a gap of the inner ring is required.
The arcade doesn't do that.

I have to admit I didn't do much work on Star Castle lately, but with the darker days coming, I am sure this will change.
I will post the progress in my own blog.
