  1. @Dionoid Something in the implementation is not 100% correct. High scores are only submitted occasionally. I played about a dozen games yesterday, but only two were recorded.
  2. Aardvark, Thrust & Assembloids = Save High Scores
  3. Don't hesitate to open an issue yourself. Just do a brief check for its non-existence before.
  4. Hm... I suppose consecutive allophones are not independent, correct? So we cannot simply play the allophones one by one. How long is the dependency queue? More than just the next neighbor? Without dependency, we could simply play one MP3 per allophone. If the resulting sound is depending on two allophones, we could delay output by one frame and stitch the MP3s together. So, as long as two (or more) samples cannot be identified, we split the MP3s (assuming that the initial part would sound identical in this case). Once we have found a unique sample, we play the remaining MP3. Sounds complicated, but is it even feasible? Maybe we better look at the MAME solution?
  5. Nice coincidence, wondering if Stella might be able to emulate it, I did some AVox research just yesterday. I stumbled on a litte Windows program named ChipTalk, which emulates the SPO256-AL2 the SpeakJet is based on. Nothing great, but maybe a start. BTW: I found the club myself, because I got no invitation notice.
  6. Have you compared your findings with the AtariProtos website?
  7. Just watched the latest show with Tanya and Darcy. It is very nice that you incorporate your friends via web and use Javatari for playing with them. Darcy was missing volume, but besides that it worked pretty well, IMO. Fingers crossed 🤞 you will be able to to use this to have some early shows as before. We Europeans need you, especially now!
  8. Usually I would agree. But I am pretty sure this will become the most common use case. And maybe by far! The shortened URL helps, but especially for existing ROMs, finding the few necessary bytes in the 1st bank will not always be easy.
  9. I think the interrupt vector and the 17 bytes short definition should do the job.
  10. @ZeroPage Homebrew Any progress with Boulder Dash, now that you have a functional console again?
  11. Coding my own games Coding for Stella Helping with the PlusCart Watching ZeroPage Homebrew s.to Riding my bicycle as long as I am still allowed
  12. Maybe create an issue it Github for it. After we have released 6.1, we will need new priorities for 6.2. And get your fork updated regularly.
  13. We are mostly doing the same with Stella too.
  14. Don't expect a lot of feedback. Most people are just consuming.
  15. That's happening with the latest PC Stella too. Stella checks which controller the game supports and makes it available. And the game checks, if a Genesis controller is available and uses it then. So the two auto detections clash here.
  16. I suppose you are not using a Sega Genesis controller, correct? Then open the settings and change the controller into "Joystick"
  17. I suppose you are referring to this issue: https://github.com/stella-emu/stella/issues/108
  18. I one had the same problem. The need may depend on the number of updates. But even for Harmony which has little to none updates lately, people sometimes have to reflash. So something like a fixed stub firmware might be a good idea.
  19. I am only using and providing the 60Hz version. I already tested many of these, plus many more like changing the initial timer values. Currently it seems that a large T1024T might be part of the problem. But that might be completely wrong. Over the weekend I will do more testing.
  20. Corona is testing the systems.
