If ever you get a water bill that says you forgot to pay last month, maybe before getting mad, you check your back seat to see if last month's bill is hiding out, when you thought you already mailed it. This has been a GoldLeader PSA.
For the record I only got mad in my mind, before checking my back seat...And finding last month's bill smiling at me as if to say, "Hey Chucklehead! You forgot to swing by the post office after work!"
I hate when that happens! I have a tendency to forget to pay my credit card sometimes. Not for a lack of money, but out of sheer forgetfulness. Damn those late fees! lol If you call though and explain that you're an absent minded fat fool, they usually end up waiving it.
