And for what it's worth, back in the Good ol Daze, I used to do some vocals in some Grindcore/Metal/Punk bands: Desecrator, Anarchy Dragon, Monastat 7, and Monastat 2600. Lately I'm working on some recordings in my basement of the cosmic noize/dark ambient variety.

I think I'll give my new record (LP) cleaner a spin haha...I bought a Vinyl Styl Deep Groove record washer kit through Google Express (Fry's) and saved 20%, though my state now collects tax for internet purchases (Arrrg!)...
Let me know how it goes. I have my old 12" maxis collection from my DJ days and always intended to clean them up, but never found a reliable way that didn't steal considerable chunks of my life time. (PM, please if it works.)
My VPI record cleaning machine is still going strong after all these years. Need to buy some more cleaner though. See they're selling smaller bottles of concentrate now, just need to mix with distilled water.
