  1. A moment of silence, My Coffee Maker has finally died...This Black & Decker lasted about 13 years!! Longer than the Philips, longer than the Mr. Coffee...I'm gonna run over to Bed, Bath & Beyond to buy another one before work...

      I have a Black and Decker too -- just a simple drip model with no timer. I think I paid $14 for it 3 years ago. Still works great.

      I HATE my brand new Mr. Coffee maker... takes longer than normal to brew ANad worst of all, the ergonomics of the pot are all wrong. Where you put your thumb to flip the lid... it's horrible. Can't believe this particular model (around $20-$25) made it into production. Do companies not test their products anymore? I know software companies don't. lol
