  1. There's a used car lot about a block from work....Today as I drove by they had an old Ford Model T parked next to a Lamborghini.

      What strikes me about old cars is how small they were back then.  People weren't so large back then.  Even looking at a 1970's "boat", they aren't even as large as we remember.  There was a 1979 T-Bird parked at the store.  I pulled next to it, and my Focus was only like 24 inches shorter.  But the Focus is wider and taller and the engine bay and trunk are both short -- leaving more space inside for the wider humans. lol

      I thought it was pretty interesting...2 examples from opposite ends of the spectrum...Old and new...2 cars you rarely see on the road...Also sort of shows how far we've come from a technology standpoint.

      @GoldLeader. Its interesting the similarities as well. Before Lamborghini was sold to Chrysler, there was no power steering or air conditioning to keep the weight down - all engine, as they say. Still internal combustion after 100 years, as well. A Tesla or Nissan Leaf might have been a bigger contrast, but not quite as fun.
