  1. I inadvertently did my own Schrödinger's cat (type) experiment today.  I dropped a light bulb at the dollar store and then bought it.  It's in the box, but until I plug it in, I don't know if it works or not.  Science can be cruel, but I saved a cat!

      So until I find out, the bulb can be A) Alive  B) Dead  C) Alive & Dead  D) Neither Alive Nor Dead or E) All of the above.   OK Not E).  🙃

       

      Also,  it was a 3 way bulb;  So I don't know if I broke all of the filaments, none of the filaments,  or just some of the filaments.

       

      I'll check it out later after I've accumulated some smartass replies, or just regular replies,  or a combination of regular and smartass replies, or no replies ...Sorry sometimes it's hard to get back to normal thinking haha)...

      Of course the answer is D. A light bulb is an inanimate object, therefore cannot be alive or dead.
