  1. I think Amazon Returns are the biggest pain in the ass there is.  Details are missing and wrong, your account never will show a plus balance, it uses your refund for Prime without telling you, Clicking on it will Always say wait 7 days and it will show up in your back account or credit card when in fact it was already applied to orders as if it were reward points...And to top it all off I had to ReOrder the part at a higher price because a replacement was never offered (when That was what I asked for)...**End of rant**

I will say, however, to their credit,  I did get the refund, but I had to chat with customer service before I understood the details, which they chose Not to share with me for some reason.

Plus they now make it SUPER sneaky, in that they make it appear that you're refunding to your credit card but in fact are choosing to get a refund on you "Amazon Account", which is, a gift card.  My GF had bought $800 worth of coats to pick the best one, returned $600 worth and kept the best one...and the return is now a huge Amazon credit (when it even said on the return, "returned to the credit card ending in xxxx9999").  I went all the way around the horn trying to find my refund on my credit card.  Then finally realized I "bought" $600 in Amazon gift cards for myself.  😡

I've only had to do 2 returns with Amazon ever and both where painless and the money went directly back on my Visa without any issues.
