(Yeah Brand New after all these years!) and also got a couple of new Hyperkin Sega controllers which are pretty decent too...The only troublesome child is that Taiwanese knockoff haha! And of course I'll get a refund on the projector lamp (Really wish they had the right one!)...

If you aren't sure you work properly you should have filed a complaint with the manufacturers while you were still under warranty. Doubt there's anything you can do now!
