After checking out the playable demo of Resident Evil 7 it appears that it's basically a first person video game remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, except that this time the psycho family has been infected with a virus by Umbrella. Pretty sweet!

Honestly, when the world is dark and tragedy strikes...It's nice to escape it all and come back to AtariAge. Sometimes the mundane is sublime...Sometimes I need to relax and not worry about current events.

Microsoft apparently spent $26.2 billion to acquire LinkedIn. They must think all that data is pretty valuable, but from the user's point of view, I'm still not sure I see the point of using LinkedIn.

I should play more non-Atari retro games again. Recently I talked to another retro gamer who's a Sega fan and they talked about NES and Genesis games and here I am, only having played Atari games recently.
