  1. So has anyone heard from Mike Kenndy? Has he dropped off the face of the Earth. I want to hear something about this dead project!
  2. Its fascinating to me that NOBODY except Coleco HOldings has heard from Mike Kennedy. I tink he's cooked
  3. I really don't know. I can't imagine Mike coming back with something after this fiasco.
  4. This project is 100% dead now. I don't expect to hear anything from Mike Kennedy. I am guessing that the RETRO magazine they make will die off too.
  5. While Mike Kennedy is at fault, equal blame needs to go to their people working on the hardware. These guys are slimeballs.
  6. Is it really just MK? What about those "tech" people he supposedly working on those FPGA cores. THey are far from innocent putting out these awful prototype lies.
  7. Well that's it there's no saving them now. Straight up lying tossing in old cards into a shell
  8. This is the kind of problem when you don't have a technically oriented person at the tech show. Still they really need to be handling this better, without giving any information, potential fans have lost all faith. The retro gaming community is not as big as they think over there, and they need to extend some community good will buy opening up on information.
  9. I believe you Piko but i think yet again RetroVGS/Coleco is handling the PR really badly. They need to address people's concerns and come clean. This is the same problem they had last time..
  10. They really flat out lied to me. They could have just been up front and said the TOy Fair thing was a POC and had SNES parts inside the shell. I wouldn't have cared.
  11. I got a feeling it's not happening today since people discovered the truth of the prototype.
  12. That was me! I am trying to really grasp what's going on here with them so I have been poking around. Everything I have been reading including responses from them point to the fact that indeed there is an SNES or something in that shell. I am not fully sure yet about that though. It looks like whatever was running on there was a set of SNES roms which if these FPGA cores do work can work on the system. I am still waiting to see them explain this demo unit fully and release technical details about the console. My money is extremely limited and while I am interested in the console I am cautious about whether or not I would invest in this.
