  1. Man I'm really sad this is over. I only registered here a day or two because of this thread. What do I do now. I don't collect, play or make retro games. I just read and watch videos about them (yes I'm strange). Mike Kennedy gave my life purpose and now it's gone. That is the true cost of his shenanigans. I'm going to go sit in a dark room and listen to Send In The Clowns on repeat, there will be an occasional smile but there will be many tears I'm sure.
  2. This! I couldn't agree more. I hope if there's ever a well made successor to the Neo Geo X Gold thingumy that it uses that style of input. Really puzzles me why no other handhelds have used this style. The circle pads on the 3ds are just awful. I wish I could play Smash 4 with an NGPC input instead.
  3. I'm sure someone else will have noticed this but just in case not... I was reading the SegaNerds article from late December on Dreamcast 2 and this made me smile; "The likelihood of them ever doing is so unfathomably low that there'd probably be a new Coleco system being released before the Dreamcast 2"
  4. I hope that Pat, John, AlphaOmegaSin etc can laugh about this whole thing in a few months and put it behind them. The only real villains seem to be Mike and Lee at this point.
  5. Unfortunately I've spent so much time the last few days reading through this thread, and consuming CC content linked within it that I don't think they'll have anything to say I haven't heard 😋 Some of the aforementioned content has just ended up annoying me anyway with incorrect details through poor research. Not going to name anyone but it has proven to me how important it is to go to multiple sources to get the whole picture. Or at least enough of the picture to have any understanding as to what's going on.
  6. I've tweeted them and told them to listen to it by they've no idea who I am so unlikely they'll listen to me. 😘
  7. The Retro Gaming Roundup podcast is a must listen, absolutely fascinating. I hope Pat & Ian listen to it before their next CUPodcast.
