  1. Not really true. Being Canadian, I see plenty of stuff on both U.S. and UK that ship to Canada but isn't listed on ebay.ca. I've recently bought a 1541-II from Germany for example. That one was listed in the UK but wasn't on the U.S. Or .Ca site.
  2. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-VG-Datashack-21-second-backup-4-1/112779776293?hash=item1a4232d125:g:ecoAAOSwY~1aGvWv He even compared it to air raid on the 2600...
  3. It would make updating the software a bit more difficult I guess... And since most of the work a BBS does is accessing files of one sort or the other on disk, why not store the prg there also? So you'll have the main prg on a cart but the rest spread over many floppies?
  4. You want to create one? You want to know if there were any? Can you elaborate a bit?
  5. Reported for flamebaiting and trolling.
  6. I'll take one when they become available. I'm pimpin' out my 130xe and this will be a great an useful addition.
  7. You can count on me as a customer once it's ready. ☺☺☺
  8. My thougth exactly... The 5.25" especially, it weight as much as the A1000 PSU... They're not building them as they used to :-)
  9. A1000 PSU going to Jkonstan by mail tomorrow. This leaves the following : - The evil within (PC) new ans sealed - TI99/4A Miner 2049er cart - SNES Championship Pool cart I removed the two floppy drives as it would cost more in shipping than what they're worth. I'm waiting on Ghost1313 for the Apple IIe PSU, the Retron 3 and Rules of Engagement 2.
  10. Hi, Since I'm off from work this week, I spent a good deal of time lurking here and on other retro computing forum and when I'm doing nothing with my hands I tend to think too much :-) Has anybody ever thought of building a kind of clone/similar of the 1090? An expansion box with slots of some kind (maybe controlled by a rPI) that hobbyist could use as the backbone for new hardware project? Kind of like a mini TI PEB. P.s.: speaking of the 1090, wasn't there something similar for the original 800?
  11. I got an Epson Actionprinter 4000 on ebay for $10... You can set it up all the way down to an RX/FX/MX-80 via dip switches. All you need is a centronic interface for your old computer, again cheap... Ribbons are also available and cheap as those printer are still used in business for printing carbon backed forms and bills. In fact the box of fanfolded printer paper cost me 4 time the price of the printer.
  12. The dreamcast and the snes Mario world are about to be shipped. I'm getting a quote for Ghost1313.
  13. I've put you up for the pay and return and second for the Amiga game.
  14. Reasonably priced Not picky on the look as long as it's complete and not cracked\broken and working. Bonus if it comes with a copy of the cpm disks.
  15. @BodyShots You're second in line for the Dreamcast I'm adding the following to the list: - Retron 3 console, no gamepad, no PSU.(ghost1313) PS to chicgamer & Bodyshots : I've found the screws and installed them. The battery needs replacing. I've included a spare that I bought years ago, don't know if it still has a charge. Also included a vmu (needs a new battery) and a game.
  16. I had the same black and red with the suction cups, seems it was readilly available and popular :-)
  17. Never mind I've found my old one...
  18. Pal won't do me and my 1702 any good...
  19. Way better customer service than EA! :-)
  20. I'll pack it up and pm you the shipping quote if you pm me your address. The Mario game is already spoken for.
