Amiga 4000 tower Brand new in the box 1702 or 1084S monitor Brand new Apple green "flippy" monitor Those are my "out of there" wants. The 4000 especially since they didn't sell many of those, if any, where I live. Most studio stuck with the A2000 for titling and toaster needs. My more realistic wants for 2019: A new Atari 8bit setup. The one I got rid off was a missmatched set of ebay auctions. I want a minty 800XL with a pair of 1050 with new belts and alligned + happy, a working 1010 with new belt. A new C128 keyboard. Not a D or CR model, just the plain old regular wedge replacement keyboard. Not new as in unused but just one in perfect working condition. A good if not perfect universal replacement solution for my dying CRTs that would give a near perfect image quality on a modern monitor from composite/svideo/RGBi/RGB 15hz etc...etc... One that I don't have to sell a kidney to acquire as I reserve those for my previous "out of there" needs

Trs-80 MC-10 Vic 20 Atari 600XL C64 + CoCo 2 + Atari 130XE XT compatible 520 ST Amiga 1000 PC after that to this day. All machine have their strong and weak points. All are interesting. I loved my 520 but the Amiga was more fun for me. But in truth I prefer the simplicity of the 8bit machine more. Power on, do your stuff, power off.

The PEB I can repair, it's only the plastic top. A bit of glue, some plastic model putty, the kind used for building scale model, and a some silver paint and it'll be fine for me. I'm not that kind of collector, I don't mind a few blemishes but IT MUST WORK!

I'm writing off ebay as a source for a while. After two broken CRTs, one doa coco 2 and now the latest a PEB fot ti99 with a broken top i'm done I'm tired of being overcharged for shipping only to find that the seller used the cheapest packing material in the smallest quantity to ship it. I'll buy from forum like this on or from Facebook groups and from people who values those retro computing machine.

All it needs are a few bubba keg style cup holder and an aftermarket 1000w stereo system... Oh and a Type-R sticker :-)

Hi, I'm presently thinking of building for myself a replacement for the firehose and interface card, for something more practical. Does anybody know where I could find some documentation on it? Or is there an already created product I could build? Winter is coming and I'm looking for something to do instead of shoveling snow

Yeah... never really stopped me or anyone at the time :-) But I was more thinking of if I ever want to distribute something I make on a real floppy just for the fun of it. Do the floppy with manual in a ziploc kind of distribution. Or maybe have a box made for one of my project so I can say I made a boxed game :-)

If it's to replace a dead one, look up the latest video from Jan Beta on Youtube. You can easilly fit a brand new MeanWell PSU in a mega ST.

Last box I paid $48Cdn for it. The printer cost me $40 including shipping from Manitoba to Quebec...

Bought and received a pi1541 floppy emulator for my C128. Now I can retire my 1541 drives. I'll still keep one and a 1571 hooked up to copy real floppies from time to time.

Make it number 8 this year... My latest purchase, an Apple Mono CRT for my IIe, was ship to me with only a few balled up newspaper sheet for protection... I've sent him an email, will probably have to escalate.

Doesn't work for me. I'm up to 7 complaints about bad seller this year alone.
