Hi everyone:
I have a Sears Telegames "hangman" text label cart and wish to know how rare it is,as I keep looking at the atariage searches and the only ones I see are the atari ones.
Thanks,

Taxman:
I also haven't got any luck at fleamarkets. As amatter of fact I don't know where to look for fleamarkets that may have any atari stuff,(got any suggestions????????)The yellow border console was brought in from Pa or AZ I believe from a co-worker's friend that had it on his basement.this co-worker mentioned to me when I told him I collected atari stuff and that's how it ended up in MI.

thanks a lot Apollo and CPUWIZ for the guidance of the joysticks. The console I was speking about doesn't seems to be faded,as the button instructions(power, game select etc. are also yellow and in perfect readable condition, not fading away as supposed to be seen if it was a really fading console).
Thanks a lot!!!,

Thanks apollo boy for the guidance. One other thing:
I also have a4 switcher console with the top border around the controls yellow-colored instead of the normal orange-colored border. Is this a special model?year specific edition or something like that?
Thanks,

Hi everyone:
I just wanted to know if the atari joysticks were different for the early heavy sixers,4 switchers, vaders and sears ones.the reason I'm asking is because I came across a complete boxed vader system that looks factory new(even the atari power inverter is carefully coiled in its mint purple box),and the joysticks on this one are completely blacked out(no orange or yellow mrkings on the borders).Let me know of any info on this.
Thanks,

Hi everyone:
Just wanted to know (as was discussed previously in another forum about a homemade copy of an atari 2600 cart),how hard is to do a homemade copy of an atari 2600 cart? Is there any difference to look for in order to tell the copy from the original after it has been done, speaking about graphics, label emblem, cart.etc? i want to know as I have been an atari follower for a long time and I'm interested in learning facts and tech info. about it.
Thanks,

Hi everyone:
Just a quick question:
Is there any other difference between the heavy and lite six'r besides the weight(duh)?
.Im just curious if one could tell a "heavy" from a "lite" without lifting them and by just looking at certain things. Thanks,

Hi CPUWIZ:
How did you find out where I am?
Depending on prices I would pick a complete boxed one.If not,a complete nice working loose one will do the job great.I saw an offer from 2600.com with some carts included, but think it's alittle bit high on th price considering it's not a boxed system(I think),and the carts are not boxed nor have manuals from what its implied on the offer.
thanks,

in Atari 2600

Hi everyone:
I was just wondering what happenned to the "starship" game.Did atari fade it away?I saw it featured on early atari catalogs, but as the publications were revised and the time went by,this game particularly was kind of "left behind".Any one have some info on this?
thanks,
