I have also experienced this in several of the Jaguar threads. It only happens when I click the LAST arrow. Refreshing the page doesn't appear to fix it however going back and doing it again usually does. I have experienced this on both my android smartphone using mozilla firefox and google chrome and on my Windows based laptop using Mozilla firefox and Internet Explorer

Speaking of Italians, I just visited the World Of Coca Cola Museum today in Atlanta Georgia ( in addition to being a burger fanatic I am also a fanatic of Coca Cola, it's all I drink) and I tasted the Italian exclusive soda BEVERLY. Everyone warned me it was the nastiest drink there. To be honest, I didn't think it was that bad. I could see myself drinking it with a steak dinner or some sort of really heavy meal, but not just drinking it by itself. The drink has an alka seltzer like after taste which is probably what turns most people off. So yeah those Italians are an odd bunch. Lol

Unfortunately I don't think I will be attending that one either. I have a deep fear of flying and I live on the East Coast. I will be bringing the game to the Carolina Gaming Summit in February however.

Thank fucking God somebody noticed that small detail. I was wondering if anyone was going to catch that. That was actually Clint's idea not mine. There was also supposed to be a silhouette of a hawk or a bald eagle flying in the background for the desert level but I could never get it to look right. And although I don't speak Italian, I DO speak fluent Spanish and am able to follow along and understand most parts of the video because of the similarities in the two languages. And yes the Italians have a strange way of looking at things and they use strange slang.

I was actually just trying to be nice. I wanted to share with him how far I had come since JagZombies. I didn't even really want him to review the damn thing. I said some stuff about him in the past in other groups (guilty) and have since apologized and I figured it would be a nice gesture and good luck for me moving forward, water under the bridge good karma type thing. Boy was I wrong. So in reality it's my own damn fault for sending him the game in the first place. And for that I will never forgive myself. And I'm sorry but I'm not playing SHIT for 2 hours and not having some kind of fun with it. He spent 2 hours playing and wasn't able to get past level 4..... gee... wonder why? Because it's challenging? No couldn't have possibly been that.

If you scroll up you will see that the majority of the people who have been in this thread have had positive things to say about the game, and they have also played it. I only know one person who described it as a "painful experience" I mean the guy sounded like he was getting teeth pulled. That is over the top nonsense and BS acting. You know it. I know it and everyone else knows it. This is why I encouraged people to play the game and form their own opinions instead of jumping on that hatred train and believing this one man's "review" as the go to source for the "truth" about the game. Saucer Wars wasn't rushed. It's not garbage. It's not crap. It's not broken. ALSO Second Opinion Games did not say the game was "buuuuuug free" He said the following: "In the past this developer has had games that were riddled with bugs, so I tried to break the game over and over by pressing all kinds of buttons and stuff. And you know what? the playtesters this time around did their job. I couldn't find anything buggy going on" that is what he said But I guess all of my playtesters were just lying to me, the guy who bought the game that I shared his feedback above was also lying too right? Because people don't improve? If I made one crappy game then they will ALL be crappy always correct? My skills can't improve it's just impossible cause Andy Rosa said so. The review is misleading, hateful and over exaggerated. Or what about this review? Don't let the title fool you, as it is also a very positive review.

Um ok. I don't feel like I ever beat my chest or claim to do anything I cant... I was just saying we are all kind of crazy for keeping development going on the Jag after all of these years. This is something I mentioned to somebody else just the other day. There are very little rewards for your effort and in my experience sometimes you ACTUALLY do your very best and DONT CUT CORNERS and end up proud of what you created because you know you really DID put the effort in and it really was your BEST only to have certain people come in and actually steal that moment from you. Thats the kind of thing that makes you look in the mirror and say to yourself "self, wtf are you even still doing this for? The console died in 1995. Perhaps it's time to seek professional help." To be honest, I don't only think the developers are crazy at this point I think the majority of the people still into this console are crazy. Again myself included. But I do get what you are saying about the drama. There ARE a couple of developers who stay out of the drama. They don't start it and it never follows them. I respect those people for that, I really do.

You're right. I appologize. Perhaps I did overreact a little bit and maybe I just need to step back and relax. The history of this particular thread is messy though, and there is no denying that. If he decides to take your advice and invest more time into the project, then good for him! If that additional time turns into another year instead of whatever he predicts however, I don't feel like anyone has the right to come in talk smack like they have before (in this thread). People forget that people still have lives to live. Take for example the most recent making fun of him for the snow. I googled it and he was telling the truth about the weather conditions in his area. He still made it. Good for him. I WOULDN'T HAVE. Because my life is more important than people on the internet and what their expectations are. I would never EVER risk my life to show off a game to a group of internet people. I would instead have just uploaded a video like I had suggested to him. But you are right. I overreacted and I'm not ashamed to admit that.

Im sure he has already considered what other people can do with the code prior to making the decision to not share it publicly. You wouldn't expect anyone else to share their code now would you? I'm just going to ignore your irrelevant attacks against me and leave you with this: if he wants to share it that's on him if he chooses not to that is HIS decision. It's nice that you want to be critical and tell him the possibility of what COULD be done with the code, but to be honest it's not really necessary for you to do so. He is well aware. It doesn't matter how much of a fit you throw it's STILL his decision. If somebody else wants to develop a better idea and they truly ARE a better developer then they can create a BETTER 3D engine on their own then can't they? The mere suggestion of handing off his work to somebody else implies that he isn't capable of fulfilling his own vision. That alone is an insulting idea to the developer and it is exactly that kind of thought process that I was referring to earlier.

Actually NO. Here is what I don't understand. This entire thread has been an embarrassment from the very beginning. Things have went as far as people making fun of Vladr with every other post. Predicting when he will return and resume work on his project. The overall attitude from the people who have been visiting this thread the past 2 years hasn't been that of people genuinely interested in the project. No in fact in my opinion this thread was no more than the "hey lets make fun of Vlad" thread. Something akin to the AtariBox taco thread. Now he shows a working demo, and everyone is trying to change their tune and sound supportive? No this isn't where you change your tune this is where you walk away because if you were against VladR and his efforts before you STILL are nothing has changed. Go through all 41 pages of this thread. It speaks a magnitude of wonders as to the type of people who have visited this thread. Its actually DISGUSTING and makes me sick to think about it. I on the other hand have supported the efforts shown here since the begining. Because unless you fail to realise, this ISN'T the first video of the game running. He already had a proof of concept up that I myself recorded and shared before. The bottom line is a lot of the new "support" is fake. And I won't be surprised if you guys start trashing him and his efforts again soon enough. It's actually kind of sad. And rather than be fake and act like you genuinely support the guy I suggest people start apologizing for the way that they have treated him in this thread so far. And you are honestly surprised that he has came off as rude in the past? You shouldn't be. He has only treated everyone as they have treated him. You ALL need to do a better job of just being human beings and get over yourselves. This guy doesn't owe you anything and whatever time he puts into his project is HIS time.
