  1. Here is some more homebrew cartridge labels I have whipped up for anyone who wants to use them.
  2. I think you will find that the Jaguar community is very hungry for software. The market is definitely there. You will probably sell out completely and have folks asking when your next run is going to be.
  3. Here is a small concept drawing we submitted to our 3D modeler, Chris Sholsser. Ignore the spyder character that concept is garbage. We are coming up with something different for that character. The Centipede the Pscho Delik Shroom and the Fuji launcher will look something similar to this. I didnt want to release any sketches just yet but I thought I would so you guys can see just how good our modeler is. After he finishes up the models I will share the renders of the characters and then a .bmp of the actual sprites made from the renders that will be displayed on the Jaguar. I just really wanted you guys to see the transition from concept to sprite. Edit---- right now we are using 7800 ripped sprites as place holder graphics, but every single sprite in the game will be custom graphics created by us. The other thing I can tell you is the centipede will fluctuate, and glow kind of like a walking VLM. Its hard to describe what we are hoping to achieve but all will see soon enough. Thanks for all the support!!!!
  4. The Jaguar logo is open for use without using the Atari fuji logo. It has been ever since hasbro declared the system open for development. This will not be an issue however I wouldn't go knocking on Atari Casino's door asking them ANY questions about it because that could create new problems for future Jaguar developers. If you don't feel safe using it, use your own logo. But I wouldn't draw any more attention to it.
  5. And here is how they look mixed in with the rest of my collection. They are beside the 7800 games (which also have a few custom cases)
  6. I went on ahead and made that UGC for Rebooteroids and I must say it looks pretty good with the other UGCs I also had made for my other "special" Jaguar games. My custom labels look pretty good too, although they are not perfect at least i now have a little practice for when I make the labels for Neon Centipedez and my other secret game.
  7. The Neon CENTIPEDEZ dev team just got a new member, so we now have 3 people working on the project. He is a 3d artist and some of his best work can be seen here ----> http://www.dkc-atlas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1688 Edit------> still looking for a chip music composer. If anybody is interested in helping us out with some music please PM me. Thanks
  8. We are still going through all of your tutorials. As I have said elsewhere the way the Jaguar draws in game graphics and handles basic gameplay functions is pretty clear cut and dry. I am just having trouble with resource management and sound. I still have yet to see anything in the tutorials about how to delegate sounds to the DSP chip. But maybe I just haven't gotten that far yet. Its a shame you scrapped Invaderoids and didn't include it in a how to type tutorial. THAT would really be useful here..... or lets just say it would have been useful last week. (But then there is still the sound thing....)
  9. Chill man I was just bored and trying to take my mind off some things. I was also looking at your logo and I really admire it. No need to get all fussy for nothing.
  10. I was bored and studying the logo of CJ's game so I made a cover for a hard case. It needs a lot of work, especially the back panel but hey it's a start
  11. Ghettofabulous wasn't what we were aiming for, but i'm going to take that as a compliment. Besides we can't claim rights to Centipede 2000 and since there was actually a Centipede 2000 in development at one time it just wouldn't be an appropriate name.
  12. Yeah, there again cartridge only. Neon colored ones. Probably no disk release EDIT---- Oh I see what you are saying. You know too much.. thats scary. Thats a conversation for me and Nick only. But I like the guy and trust him with what he will do. And he hasn't agreed to anything yet. So there. Well since that cat is out of the bag I might as well say the other person who was to make the boards is Bruce from B&C. You guys really know too much too soon. Thats concerning. : /
  13. Here is an update on the project: * Shooting for a Christmas 2016 release * the game will be a Centipede clone for the Jaguar with a very different style of neon graphics. * It will be a CARTRIDGE RELEASE, however a Jaguar CD release is also being considered. (this will depend on size of either 2MB or 4MB) We are leaning towards cartridge only * This will be a full release with box and instructions. * There are currently 2 people working on the project me as the main coder and an art director and graphic design major. * The first 20 copies will roll out at $79.99 in early December. after that there will be additional runs of 20 per demand * We have more than 1 source to do the PCB boards (One of them is well known in the Jaguar scene now) * We are considering doing the cartridge shells in different neon colors such as bright (XBOX like) green, pink, purple and electric blue This will be achieved through using a 3D printer More details will be provided as we progress on this exciting project!
  14. Working on this now in my spare time. Using Raptor Basic. More details coming soon. Thoughts on the logo?
  15. Congratulations you win AtariAge police! Lol. Can't wait to see the follow up comments. I gotta Jaguar to go play now....
  16. If this thing is basically a portable Genesis, why not include the LYNX games in the library as well? THAT would make this the best Flashback yet! Think about it! 2600 and Lynx games all on one unit. That would be something i would pick up right away!
  17. Oh I know about food fight! It was one of the games i had as a kid. My favorite on the 7800. But the best thing is the 7800 i won the auction on comes with it! I just need a case for it for storage. i will probably get a custom plastic box made for Food FightI didnt know about the 2 controller thing. I knew you could do that on Robotron 64 for N64 but on the 7800 version too?
  18. No Im sorry I do not. Lost that in a fire. Lol. Anyway I won an auction already for a 7800 prosystem for $100 (which is a little more than what these ST games are worth) So i got what I wanted already. I still want to TRADE the games for 7800 games. Looking for Donkey Kong. Hat Trick, Donkey Kong Jr, Robotron 2084, Galaga and any of the fine 7800 games the good folks here at Atari Age have cooked up. (Like Pacman collection, Jr Pac man etc)PM if interested.
  19. I have R-Type and Cybernoid 2 a $90 value.(I am keeping Joust) and am looking to trade for somebody's 7800 console. I prefer a working one. With AC adapter and at least one controller. My goal is to rebuild my 7800 collection I had as a kid. (I loved that thing) The one I had was the 7800 prosystem with the long dong controllers with a red button on each side that everyone loves to hate on. eBay prices for 7800 consoles are pretty high so im hoping somebody could help me out here. If somebody is willing to give up their 7800 console for these games that would be swell. I may also be interested in purchasing said persons 7800 games too. (Depending on what games). Its a long shot but i have nothing to lose by asking EDIT---- I feel I must clarify I am NOT LOOKING FOR A COLLECTORS MINT CONDITION 7800. I just want one to play. I don't care if its dirty or cracked or whatever, as long as it works
  20. I still have my Club Drive and Pitfall near mint condition Atari Jaguar game boxes available just pay shipping (which really should be a matter of cents due to them being so light weight). I dont want to toss them out because they are too pretty. EDIT---- CLAIMED
  21. Up for grabs is an atomic purple N64 controller. The controller works but the stick is very loose. It seems to have been used a lot. I used it with Super Mario 64 and the movement was ok as far as response it just feels akward because the stick is so loose. Other than that the controller works fine. It cost 3.02 to ship anywhere in the U.S. im not sure about anywhere else. PM me if you are interested. Just pay shipping Also up for grabs is an Atari Jaguar/Sega Genesis/SNES AC adapter. It is a generic brand. It works fine and has the box. No damages. I have tested it on a Jagauar, a jaguar CD unit, a Nintendo Virtual Boy and a sega GENESIS console and it worked great on all. I have not tested it on an SNES but I got it new and its hardly been used so im sure it will work fine on that system too. PM if you are interested. Pay shipping only. ALSO up for grabs is 2 mint condition Atari Jaguar game boxes. There are no white inserts. There are NO GAMES EITHER just very nice boxes. Like new condition. They are the boxes for Pitfall and Club Drive. Just pay shipping (they weigh nothing so that cant be too much) PM if interested. If you have something to trade I will accept trade and pay shipping myself. EDIT----THE CONTROLLER HAS BEEN CLAIMED EDIT----THE AC ADAPTER HAS BEEN CLAIMED
  22. Im not selling it. As i said i want it for me. To PLAY not resale. I just didnt want to shell out $85 for it. As I said I got it for 75 and it goes for 85, if I DID sell it which i wont i would only be able to get $10 for it. Thats just silly. I just want the game
  23. Gosh man.... so harsh. Anyway i owe paypal credit nearly every dollar I have up for sale. I just want MC3D for myself. And a member here has sold me their copy for 75, so im good now
  24. Yes it works really good but you have to use the fast bliter setting and have a hefty PC. I really like it, its pretty fun.
  25. Hey guys I really want a copy of Missle Command 3D. It doesnt have to be boxed. I have checked eBay and it is in the $85 range. Thats a little too much for that game I think. I really enjoyed playing it on Virtual Jaguar and I was hoping to add it to my real Jaguar collection. Is anybody willing to part with it for a fair price?
