    Hi Vidiot,

Yes, they have generic adapters for Neo-Geo units for sure. But you have to make sure it's the right voltage because not all adapters work for Neo-Geo. If your unit is listed underneath with the serial number as PRO-POW, then you would need to look for an adapter that says that. Some say PRO-POW 2, PRO-POW 3, etc. Those are for later models for the AES units.  Using the wrong adapter will damage and short circuit your unit.

    Anthony..

So a japanese ac adapter that says pro pow will work on a us system that says pro pow? And any ac adapter that has 5v? Does it also have to be at least 3A?

    Hi Vidiot,

Welcome to the Neo-Geo thread. Glad to have you on with us. ;-)

The latest version (blue version) says that all MVS games can be played on it. Thinking of buying one for your gaming needs? Any other choices that you have in mind as well Vidiot?

    Anthony..

I'm looking for the best way to play all the high dollar games on the original hardware. I'm all about investing in gaming but 1000 plus for certain titles makes it difficult. Is the Neo SD PRO a better solution?

  3. Just in case anyone else runs into a similar problem this is how I got my tiny arcade working.. My tiny arcade came with an micro sd card, full of games and demos, and wouldn't load anything. So after reformatting the card and downloading all the programs from the link on the tiny circuits website then copying all the files to the reformatted card everything works.

  4. Does anyone have or know where to get Saturn bin and cue files besides darkwater? Is there a tool to combine multiple bin files? Ideally looking to play Hyper Duel and Psychic killer Taromaru.

  5. I think it's very interesting to see what the Atari Jaguar is really capable of. And if someone has the technical knowledge to showcase and explain this that's pretty cool. If I could I certainly would but I'm currently tinkering with making 2600 games so it's a bit beyond me at the moment. This system has a very special place in my collection and I play it frequently so to see someone attempting to push it to it's limits is exciting. And if there is ever a playable version of Road Rash on the Jaguar it would be absolutely amazing and I'd have to buy it!

  6. I was going through my lynx library this weekend and then I realized once again how cool ninja gaiden is. From a tech perspective, it's quite impressive (not like blue lightning yep I agree) with a lot of big sprites and a nice and smooth scrolling. The art direction is pretty nice too. The music is excellent and the gameplay without a flaw (it's a bit hard though). Am I alone to put this game in the top 5 games?

This game is fantastic and was one of the first games I owned on the Lynx. Definitely top 5.
