I got sound and on my old computer I was able to use a non USB joystick that worked great.
I do get sound on my new computer and I can use the keyboard to play but thats no fun.
Maybe Xformer 2000 isn't programmed for USB joysticks ???
-
I ordered and received the Legacy Engineering USB joystick and I have 2 questions. . . . . . .
Does anyone know why it doesn't work with Xformer 200 for Windows v.8 ???
But if it does am I missing a setting somewhere ???
thanks

My Atari collection is at my nieces house (5 minute drive from my apt. and I don't drive) but I am sure I got what you want and the next time I am there I will look and if I got the manuals I will send them to you.
The drive comes with a Spread sheet, DOS XL, and 1 other program I believe

-
DD (double density) are the ones you want to use as I tried copying on a HD floppy and it appeared to work but I tried loading the game I copied and all I got was trouble and errors.

-
I added myself but how do i know where my pin is ??
If it is the green one then it is waaaaaaay off as it is by Mexico and I live in Eastlake Ohio

-
My best friend just got Rampart and he says the mouse is slow so my question is. . . . . . .
Is there anyway to speed up the mouse movements during game play ??
Thanks in advance

I found the following websites on the internet but I haven't tried any of them yet

Well there are 18 perks so monthly subscribers will get a new perk every 3 weeks which gives them something to look forward to and the perks can be random so they don't know which one they will get.
or
The monthly subscriber can list the perks in the order they want to receive them.
-
The problem with paying monthly is that the people who paid the whole thing for a year or two won't feel as special anymore. Maybe monthly subscribers could have something like "Subscriber in Training" or "Inferior Subscriber" under their avatars?Well I don't see why they won't feel as special as they are paid in full and "Inferior Subscriber" title won't make the monthly subscribers feel to happy either.
Maybe the monthly subscribers should get 1 perk added every month till they are paid for the entire year ??
Is PayPal the only way to pay for a subscription ??
-
I realize why you are making this move and I respect that. I'm not sweating it, I just don't have the liquid right now to make the contribution, otherwise I'd be all over it. I also appreciate that nothing will be taken away, just some neat little perks added. This is why AA continues to be a great site and a great community!I couldn't have said it better myself and as soon as I get some $$$ in the bank I will certainly subscribe, I love the perks too
I moved from 1 state to another and stayed with a relative for 6 months but now I got my own pad which costs $545 a month plus electricity and cable/internet.
Paying monthly would be cheaper for many members if thats possible

Hi all it has been 6 months with no internet and I am back and we can have ATARI chats on Wed. or any day of the week if you want at my ATARI chatroom.

Here is a pic of the USB DirectX info
It is super easy to use and it uses .atr files which are awesome, any other 8bit Emulators that use .atr files ??
