Nope, search for the Coleco Chameleon thread, that's where it started. According to MK AA had a bunch of haters out to seek his blood .... not what happened really!!!

I think I arrived at that from Googling it but all I had seen was a mention of it like "I'm happy to officially become a Hater Brigader!"

Mike Kennedy and his cohorts regularly dismissed anybody who asked probing questions about his "business ventures" as "hating haters, filled with hatred and hate" and the like, without ever really answering them. It turned out that "the haters" were right all along and that he was nothing but a scammer, so some of us turned the name around on MK and adopted it as an ironic badge of honor.
