I've purchased a defective Chase HQ upright arcade cabinet that says : i/o error on startup. Did all the recommended dip switch settings, resoldered components, reseated chips, but... nothing. All out of ideas, do you have any? Marvin

Hi dear Atari age fellow nerdy gamer!
I've purchased a defective Chase HQ upright arcade cabinet that says : i/o error on startup. Did all the recommended dip switch settings, resoldered components, reseated chips, but... nothing.
