I can't think of a footpedal controller out there, but if you need more buttons, have you looked at the Genistick? http://www.amazon.com/Sega-Genesis-GENISTICK-Flight-Controller/dp/B0088PNFM4 I've had one since they were new, and can say they can take quite a bit of pounding and the buttons are positioned comfortably for my hand. Pinout is exactly like a 3 button genesis pad, so if you can find an adapter for other Genesis controllers, it'll work for it too. Also, it has suction cups on the bottom incase that matters.

No telling. The dates on that harddrive are all over the place. If i ever find that disk I plan on checking to see if i'm remembering things correctly or not. Eitherway, if the OP needs any old software, I found my collection of Big Blue Disk. Some were pulled off of old HDDs, others were downloaded for the sake of completion. All in all I could have just been remembering wrong to begin with. Not above admiting i'm wrong.

Going to have to dig out the old floppies (if I even still have them) and see how many versions of this game I even have. The version I have sure enough does. Have it on a harddrive, copied over from an old floppy years ago, and juggled around ever since. I've got a zipped down version I could put up for y'all, but would that violate any forum rules i'm not familiar with yet?

I've done similar with an old P2, and ran into the issue where games used pc clock to control speed of moving objects. Tetris was over so fast you couldn't get the piece to even move before you were stacked to a game over. However, I might have gotten lucky, but some of them have settings in the BIOS that can slow them down. Other biggest issue I had was finding pata harddrives to go with the board. Then again, as long as you have something you can plug in to it, you should be ok. you'll just have to partition it down, DOS 7.whatever had a limit of 7 gig or something like that. can't quite remember. It'd be worth a look in my opinion. And honestly, I don't think it's a waste of time so long as you don't drop serious cash in to it and you have fun. For me it's mostly the Neo Geo AES and a Neo Geo pocket. Back in '97 I refrained from buying a Gameboy Color because i saw an article about the Neo Geo Pocket. Never did end up seeing one in person. I also wouldn't mind getting a Virtual Boy, and with only 22 games released, it would be an easy collection to fill out. Probably the only one I have a chance of completing lol

Model glue always worked well for me. that or tiny amounts of super glue, but the model glue seems to be more forgiving, didn't dry as fast to allow for better positioning, and didn't seem to have adverse effects on the colour or texture of the paper.

Sega Saturn got a bad rap down where i'm at. Have a friend who had one that hated it, and is still convinced that only 10 games came out for it and all of them sucked. I personally think it had some good titles and generally think it doesn't deserve all the hate it got. (well, hate in my region. no idea how it did elsewhere)

My friends and I liked Tenchu 2 really well. We'd take turns on the level editor and laugh as the other tried to get through our level. Killed many an evening that way. Also really like Chrono Trigger, and of course King of Fighters '99

Went to school with a guy who had a 3DO. Can't for the life of me remember what 2 games he had for it, and pretty sure he didn't get more. But I remember those games looking really good, and being fun. That was the only time I ever saw a 3DO. Still haven't seen another to this day outside of the occasional picture on the net. Maybe we were so impressed because we were young, but It looked a hell of a lot better than the SNES then just vanished from the scene. If my memories are accurate of how good it looked, I'd say that that system deserves the title of most under rated.
