Thanks Krytol! That's some great stuff.

As you may know, the game is impossible to beat since your character loses energy faster than you can replenish it. Perhaps someone can fix this?

If you've ever seen the TV commercial, the ad is pretty much the storyboard for it

That was it, Harry! Thanks.

Looking for a scan of the Parker Brothers ad for Spider-Man.

Yeah, it's weak compared to Star Raiders or Starmaster, but it's better than Star Ship

On game 1, the right joystick fires the opposite weapon that it's supposed to. Sounds like a bug

Nobody loves that game more than I

Maybe you need to look at the site with 3D glasses

I wonder if it's possible to convert Shootin' Gallery (Imagic) or Crack'ed for light gun use? The prototype light gun game is Shooting Arcade (Atari). [ 05-16-2002: Message edited by: Scott Stilphen ]

Tempest - the Road Runner coin-op is the same game (albeit more detailed) so either the coin-op was based on the home game (and if so, Polaro should be credited in the game somewhere) or they were both designed/started at the same time. Russ - I'd guess that John is right about Polaro referring to Holey Moley (maybe he doesn't know that the game is available?). [ 05-14-2002: Message edited by: Scott Stilphen ]

There is a prototype version that exists, which has branches in the trees (i.e. more detail). Anyone have the ROM for it?

An easy hack is to eliminate the underground walls. This opens up some usable passages. Here's a wall-less version

I'd love to see more info on the GCC games, and especially the programmers (who are still a mystery..)

The email was to remind me to scan it It's hard to make out the date on the cart, but it appears it starts with 2-2. Also, I looked at the code for the version that's available, and although the title screen doesn't appear in the game, the graphics for it are in the program.

I can scan the article in question if you want. Just email me and I'll send it to you this weekend.

"Exquisite"? Haha! Hardly. About the only good thing you can say is that it's functional

I think there's a vine in the 2nd part in the Atari 8-bit/5200 version.

Imagic thought it was too sexy (??!!?) and made him take it out. It'd be great if this version still existed somewhere.
