This was my first thought.  Pac-Man.   Never crazy about the game, though I really liked 2600 Pac-Man.   But the character was fun.  All the merchandise and the cartoon series.

The Adventure square, hands down. It's the most iconic 2600 game.

Adventure was amazing.  If not the block then the duck dragon would be the mascot.  :D

I have the top jacket and a really nice blue one that I'd actually love to wear - it's a blue windbreaker with white sleeves and logo, sort of the opposite of the top, but even with weight loss it's just too small for me. My wife wears it occasionally though. I like it!

Can you post a picture of the blue one?

I like the VCS, it’s a cool atari console-shaped PC.

    Burn!  LOL!!

I bought an Asteroids hoodie for £4 about 10 years back.  I'm wearing it in almost every photograph of me for the last decade!  I guess I wear it a lot.

Well post up a picture.  Reminds me of a Asteriods shirt I had in grade school that said "#1 Ace of Space".   I'm sure it's around somewhere.

i have an Atari tshirt with the multi-colored Fuji I got from Wallyworld ages ago- it's one of my fave gamer shirts.  :)

I have worn out several of those shirts.   I see people wearing these all the time, but gave up asking people about Atari as it seems like it, with so many, "Just something retro and a cool shirt". :P

More importantly (for me anyhow) - has anybody determined why the display list gets messed up when bombing the hangar?  I used to love doing that.

    Hahah, that was fun.

I used to try to fly under the bridges.

Also, think it would be cool if you could land in the enemy air strip.

I love the look of these jaguar water bottles, it’s a shame they’re so hard to come by.

When I got back into Atari in 1999 GoAtari.com was still around and they said "Business was steady" which gave me some relief.   I hadn't completely missed the party. ;)

I bought a Atari Jaguar hat which I still have, I think I got some badges, and I believe they sent me a catalog.

Looks like even they didn't have the water bottles, though I thought they did.

  6. So what is your favorite Atari merchandise?   Favorite hat, shirt, wallet, keychain, plush, toy, etc.   if it's Atari related we want to see it!

Starting this off, was always a big fan of the Atari jackets.  I saw then when I was in grade school and was happy to get two of them in a box of things that were passed along by another Atari hobbyist.

(If you have two of them, don't store them together). ;)

So what about the rest of you?

My thoughts are, if it can install and play Steam games, it might be worth getting as I have a Mac and a lot of games on Steam are still PC only. But, I'm waiting 6+ months or more to see how this all plays out. If the controllers are sold separately, I'd be interested in getting those. Apparently the modern controller can be used on the Xbox.

NOW I'm seeing the value of VCS.   I need a good console Steam system.  And personally, it would be the first system I could play four different Bubsy games on (as they are on Steam).

Ok, past nostalgia, this could be worthwhile.

Haha. No miracle. Apparently the guy at the cell phone repair place wasn’t selling any of the Jags 🤷🏻‍♂️

Here in Dallas there are Atari Jaguars that seem to be on display and naturally non-working ones.

Game Over in Arlington, Texas has two currently.  See if they want to make a few bucks.  :)

They are a chain store, I bet they have quite a few more.

I was at a cell phone repair place the other day and they had a stack of a few. They said they didn’t work. I can call and see how much they’d sell one for if you are interested.

They had stacks of all kinds of retro systems actually, all non working of you repair consoles.

So how did this turn out?   Will bradd1978 have a Christmas miracle?

You should report him. If TXG/MNX does has well, that's already two strikes out of three.

I'll add my report.  And if other unauthorized reproductions are found, add the link here and I'll add my report on those too.
